Beautifully furnished and professionally decorated 3BR/2BA WATERFRONT luxury condo with amazing SUNSET VIEWS in prime DOWNTOWN location, just a short walk to the BEACH and Ocean City's famous BOARDWALK!!

Relax on the balcony to take in the gorgeous SUNSET view; walk across the street to Starbucks and enjoy the beautiful SUNRISE. Great restaurants, shopping, activities and nightlife just a few minutes away will surely keep the whole family entertained!

THE SPACE

The building offers a secure, self check-in lobby with an elevator. Two parking spaces inside the building's covered parking garage with additional street parking are available for your use. There is also a FITNESS Room inside the building to help keeping up with your exercises during your stay. The Rooftop POOL has AMAZING views of the sunset over the bay!!!

Our beach house is not only equipped with all modern amenities and stylish furnishings, but also offers plenty of outdoor activities within a short distance nearby. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located luxurious condo.

This unit has a wide open floor plan that includes a spacious laundry room with additional cabinets; a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertop with breakfast bar; a dining area that can seat up to all 13 people; living room with high-end furniture including a sofa bed (sleep 2) along with an entertainment system that the whole family can enjoy. Step out to the private balconies with sliders off the living room and master bedroom for that gorgeous, unobstructed view of the sunset on the bay water!

The sleeping quarter includes 3 very spacious bedrooms. The Master bedroom offers a king bed, sleeps 2 with a private workspace and sitting area, along with a private bath with upgraded granite countertop vanity, standing shower, AND a Jacuzzi tub. There is also another slider off the master bedroom providing access to the private balcony with water view of the bay as well. The second hall full bath also offers an upgraded granite vanity and bathtub. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a full trundle, sleeps 4. The third bedroom has a full on full bunk bed AND a full bed with a twin trundle, sleep up to 7. All rooms have their own 50 inches Flat TV with extra charging stations and HDMI cables.

Our beach house is equipped with the following amenities: central air conditioning, complimentary high-speed internet WiFi, full-size washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, coffee maker (both Keurig and pour-over coffee pot), blender, toaster, oven, stove, dishwasher. Our smart TV in every room with Xfinity cable and streaming service, game console system, books, and family board games will surely keep the whole family entertained!

***This property has a camera that records the front door. It will be on at all times, but there are no cameras inside the house.

***For your convenience and enjoyment, the following are available for additional rent:

1) Linens and towels services:
-Option 1: $190/bundle/stay (includes sheets, pillow cases for all beds and 14 sets of bath towels).
-Option 2: $125/stay for linens or towels package only.

2) Beach Bundle: $75/stay for one 10x10 beach canopy, 2 umbrellas, 4 beach chairs, 1 beach wagon to effortlessly carry all your beach belongings/accessories (damages or lost items will be charged if not reported upon check-in)
