Welcome to Bahamas Princess U, a 2-bedroom, 2-bath bayfront condo with a spacious loft on 32nd Street in Ocean City, Maryland. Perched on the 3rd floor, this walk-up retreat offers unbeatable views and the convenience of being close to both the bay and the beach.



Start your morning on the balcony with coffee in hand, watching the sun rise over the city. Later in the day, grab an acai bowl from Pablo’s Bowls or a famous sub from Anthony’s Liquors, then head to the sand for a laid-back beach lunch. When the sun starts to set, the west-facing deck is the perfect spot to take in breathtaking views as the sky glows over the water.



Inside, you’ll find a bright, open living area with comfortable seating, 3 TVs, and Wi-Fi — perfect for unwinding together after a day outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar, dishwasher, and a drip coffee maker (please bring your own grounds), making it easy to cook at home when you’d rather skip the crowds.



Sleeping arrangements accommodate up to 7 guests: two bedrooms with queen beds and a loft with a double and twin bed. Two full bathrooms make it easy for everyone to get ready at once, and the washer/dryer in the unit keeps swimsuits and towels fresh throughout your stay.



Whether you’re cooling off at the pool, casting a line from the community pier, or walking to Jolly Roger Amusement Park for rides and games, this home puts you right in the middle of everything. Great dining, shopping, and attractions are all nearby — from Barn 34 for pancakes in the morning to Ristorante Antipasti for an easy dinner just down the street.

We’re delighted to welcome you to one of our vacation homes and want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm.



If something feels off, whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue, please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth.



After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, birthday, photo ID, and signing a rental lease agreement. All information is stored internally and not sold to any third party as this is how we verify age and legally protect our homes. Additionally there is a damage waiver or security deposit that must be chosen after booking on the check in form.



All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.



Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition, such as requiring cleanup of vomit or urine.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
