This three-bedroom, two-bath condo is wonderfully decorated, bright, and spacious enough for everyone! The suite is just steps from the private walking path and just two blocks from the interactive fountains. Quiet and secluded, this is a Sunset Island experience you'll want to come back to time and time again. The home is very well furnished right down to its private balcony. The large kitchen and dining area are a great convenience while on vacation. There is storage for beach equipment, cable, free WiFi, and private parking for up to two vehicles. This wonderful home combined with all the classic amenities of Sunset Island make this a can't miss vacation experience.

This 37 Acre Gated Community is a private island community located on 67th Street. The condo and the community are ideal for a relaxing week at the beach. You'll be two blocks from the ocean, restaurants, mini-golf, the OC Bus, and shops. The Community features an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, three private beaches, boat slips, a crabbing pier, an island cafe and pool bar, a general store, 24-hour security with gated access, and an interactive fountain.

Things to Know
Condo package pricing (each condo package has an additional $15 fee paid to the condo association):
A building registration fee includes six facility passes and two parking passes. Additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week. Children three and under do not require a facility pass.The fees are the following: (Each Condo Package will also have an additional $15.00 surcharge that is paid to the Condo Association): Winter (January 1 - April 30, and October 1 – December 31) = $75. Spring (May 1- May 23) = $110. Summer season (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 24 to Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 12) = $150. Fall (September 13 - September 30) = $110.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Golf trip

Stayed several nights with some friends to play golf nearby. I have stayed at Sunset Island before so was aware of its beauty. This condo was comfortable, clean and as described. One bedroom with bunks better use for kids but other than that everything was great for us.

Has a great view from the roomy patio. Master bathroom had jacuzzi which was not operable and overhead light out. Overall this bathroom could have been cleaner. Rest of the unit was in good shape.

how I spent my summer vaca

Just ok. Nothing special. Could use some refreshing Master bath had 4 light bulbs that were burnt out. Master bedroom definitely needs to have carpet shampooed After 1st shower in small bathroom, it took 1-1/2 hours for the tub to drain. We didn't use it again Pricey for the quality of what we got

Somewhat disapointed!

I wanted to give this property 4 or 5 stars, but I just couldn't for the following reasons. All 3-bedroom carpets were stained. The master bedroom was the worst with some stains looking like blood. There was a spot on the pillow that also looked like blood. We found a candy wrapper behind one end table and goldfish crackers under another table. The dining room chairs were not pushed in and the chairs on the balcony were all over the place. It looked like none of the carpets were vacuumed as there were no track marks on the rugs which you always get when you vacuum. The unit did not look or feel like it was cleaned. Not a big deal but there was no information on what to do with the trash. There was no chain lock on the inside of the door for safety. When we checked in at the gate house on our arrival, we were given verbal directions on how to get to our unit. We couldn't find the unit and returned to the gate house and then we were given a map of Sunset Island with our unit circled on it. When we got to the unit, we couldn’t open the door with the combination they gave us, and we had to call Vacasa. Vacasa changed the code, and we still couldn’t open the door. They sent out a maintenance person to assist and he spent over 10 minutes trying to open the door. He finally got the door to open. There was a trick to open the door and after the maintenance man figured out the trick we okay. There was MAJOR construction being done on our unit and several other surrounding units. The banging and sawing started early and ended late. Don't get me wrong, we had a good time and enjoyed the view. I think that the carpets should be cleaned or replaced. Dirty and/or stained carpets gives you the feeling that everything is dirty which is not always true.

Fire Alarm Malfunction!!!

Fire alarm (super load horn and bright strobes) went off throughout apartment and building multiple times during our final night at 9 and 10 pm, startling our kids (2 and 4) severely out of sleep. We had to sit in our car for two hours while the fire department gave up on fixing the issue. Property manager nowhere to be found. We ended up packing our things and driving 3 hours home at 11:30 pm!!! It was awful, and despite several conversation with several different staff at vacasa that evening and the morning after we have yet to have any meaningful response or refund. While outside there were several families that were in the same building but units managed by Ocean City Rentals that were promptly relocated next door. That’s what you’d expect but nothing from vacasa, even the next day. Terrible customer service and experience!!!

Best spot in Ocean City

We have stayed everywhere in Ocean City. From 100th street oceanfront to 7th street Bayside and this spot in Sunset Island is leaps and bounds above all of them. The property was clean and updated. Absolute perfect spot!! The beaches on the property were manicured and combed every morning and the pools were resort like. Every morning we would walk the paths around the resort and enjoy the beautiful scenery. We loved every day of this trip and can't wait to return.
