Welcome to Sea Winds North #111, a bright and inviting ocean block retreat on 131st Street in North Ocean City. This well-maintained first-floor walk-up condo (just seven steps) offers 897 square feet of comfortable beach living, making it an ideal getaway for families or small groups looking to stay close to the ocean while enjoying the quieter uptown atmosphere. With two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, the condo comfortably sleeps up to six guests.
Inside, the space feels fresh and welcoming with coastal décor, freshly painted walls, and new living room furnishings including a sofa and loveseat added in March 2026. The living area provides a comfortable place to relax after a day on the sand, while the nearby dining and kitchen areas make it easy for everyone to gather together. The well-equipped kitchen offers everything needed to prepare meals and beach snacks with ease. Balcony at front door where you can enjoy the ocean breeze and a partial view of the Atlantic, and a convenient storage closet on the balcony provides extra space for beach gear and personal items during your stay.
The primary bedroom features a queen bed, ceiling fan, TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The second bedroom offers a new queen bed (added March 2026) along with a full bed and TV, providing flexible sleeping space for family or friends. A second full hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo serves this bedroom and the main living area. For added convenience, the condo also includes cable, wifi & internet, and a washer and dryer in the unit.
Sea Winds North provides two assigned parking permits for the unit, making parking easy throughout your stay. Its ocean block location on 131st Street places you just a short walk from the beach and close to some of North Ocean Cityâs favorite dining spots. Within five blocks walking distance, guests can enjoy Higgins Crab House North for classic Maryland seafood, Albertinoâs Italian Restaurant for traditional Italian dishes, and Justineâs Ice Cream Parlour for a sweet treat after dinner. Close to Northside Park for walking, playing, fireworks, etc. The nearby Delaware line also makes quick trips to Fenwick Island shops and restaurants simple and convenient.
This property rents Saturday to Saturday during prime season and offers any three-night minimum stays in the off season.
Guests must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for rent for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. This property is Non-Smoking/ Non-Vaping and No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
