Good place but needs some upgrades
The good:
Great view of the ocean and bay from same balcony. Room was recently renovated. Good water pressure. Air conditioning worked well. Walking distance to grocery store, 7-11, sunsations, and a few restaurants. Pool area was clean and had decent lounge chairs and tables. Bathroom near pool was spotless. Building located ocean front.
The not so good:
The couch and chair were absolutely filthy. They were actually discolored and had a gray/black tint to them. We bought sheets just to put over them to sit. And believe me, Iâm not the type of person to do this or complain but thatâs how bad they were. Thereâs only enough room in that area for a small couch and chair. Just spend a few hundred dollars for something new. I donât understand why you would have a fairly newly renovated place with very old and dirty furniture? Also, in the description, it said we would be provided with a welcome bag with toilet paper and some other supplies. We were not offered or given this.
Overall a good place but just needs some easy updates.
