21 Island Edge is a 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath, end unit townhome, facing the canal and will accommodate up to 12 guests.  The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to eat in after a fun filled day at the beach. All bedrooms have TV's and Free WI-FI is also provided. 

Level 1 offers a Queen Sleep Sofabed & TV, Level 2 has the Kitchen, Living Room with 2 twin sofa beds & Dining area.  Also, access to both front and rear furnished deck areas from the kitchen & living room. 

Level 3 is where you will find the Master Bedroom with a Sleep Number King bed, TV, and private master bathroom with garden tub and walk-in shower, Bedroom Two with a Queen bed & TV, Bedroom Three with a Queen, and a full size hall Bathroom with tub/shower combo. The top level offers a bed and bath combo with a Queen bed, TV, sitting area, and private furnished balcony!

Sunset Island Registration Fee:  $200 per reservation and included when booking.   This fee is required and provides you 6 facility passes & 3 parking passes. Ages 3 & under do not need a pass.  Additional facility passes are $75 per pass and may be purchased directly once arriving in Sunset Island. 

Ocean City Resort Rentals does not allow group rentals. This family rental requires the primary renter to be at least 25.  ID is required to check-in.  Online bookings of group rentals will not be honored.  No high school groups or Bachelor/Bachelorette groups.
