Your reservation includes 6 facility passes and 3 parking passes, providing access to Sunset Island`s private beaches, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, walking trails, and community amenities. A community registration fee of $200 per reservation applies and is paid directly to Sunset Island management before or at check-in. Additional facility passes are available for $75 each.

Offseason hours for the indoor pool and fitness center will be posted at the clubhouse. Please check with the management office for more details.

Parking Passes and Rules:
• Included Passes: Your amenities package includes three (3) Orange parking passes. These are strictly for use in the garage and on the parking pad only.
• Purchasing Extra Passes: Additional Blue passes for Clamshell parking areas are $75 per vehicle. Please note: Extra passes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
• Pass Duration: Additional temporary passes are dated and sold in one-week increments, regardless of your total reservation length. There is no shortened or prorated pricing available.
• Displaying Your Pass: Your parking permit must hang from the rearview mirror and remain clearly visible at all times while inside Sunset Island.
• Strictly Prohibited Parking: Parking on asphalt surfaces is prohibited. Do not block or park in alleyways, as these are active fire lanes. Additionally, the spaces in front of the clubhouse labeled `Condo A` and `Condo B` are strictly reserved for those owners.
• Towing Warning: Parking without the correct pass or parking in prohibited/reserved areas will result in immediate ticketing and towing at the vehicle owner`s expense.

Linen Service
▪︎ Fresh linens and towels are delivered for your stay.
▪︎ Guests are responsible for distributing linens and making beds upon arrival.
House Rules & Checkout Instructions
• No High School, Bachelor/Bachelorette, or Group Rentals – Family rentals only.
• Primary renter must be 25 or older; ID required for property access.
• No pets and no smoking of any kind (including vaping & cigars) inside the home or on the balcony.
• Grills must be moved to the end of the parking pad when in use.
• No parties. No exceptions – If unsure whether you’re a group, please ask before booking.
• Bikes & Beach Cart: These are provided in the garage for your use. Please return them respectfully upon checkout. A fee will be charged if any items are missing.

Checkout by 10 AM:
• Leave the house clean and tidy.
• Place dishes in the dishwasher and keep the kitchen clean.
• Please strip all used linens and towels, place them in the provided bag, and leave the bag on the front porch by 10:00 AM for pickup.
• Please DO NOT remove euro pillow covers, mattress pads, white comforter or coverlet
• Please respect all host property (including decorative items and bikes). Missing items will incur an additional fee.

Trash:
• Trash pickup is Tuesday and Saturday mornings. Please move the trash bin behind the garage on Monday and Friday evenings.

Laundry Guidelines:
• No sand in the washer or dryer. You’ll be responsible for any related charges. Charges may be up to $500.
• Clean the lint filter after drying clothes or towels.

Perfect location for a family getaway

It was wonderful! The host was extremely communicative with the million questions we had. The property had everything you could need for a wonderful stay. The location is perfect for a family with children as all the amenities are a short walk away. The community the house sits in has all you need and is safe and friendly. Would love to stay again !

Great stay for a family vacation

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Serafima's house. It's spacious and well appointed. Serafima is very responsive to all our questions. I would definitely recommend it. Hope to see you next year!

It was a great property. Everything we needed for beach was in garage including new bikes.

Everything host sent me was correct. Check in and access to house was easy. No problems with renting property. Club house with pool and restaurant and private beach was great!!!

The perfect getaway

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Sunset Island. Everyone is very friendly. The owner went Above and beyond making sure we were able to check in early. Beautiful, clean new and updated home upon arrival. Communication was great. We even got a text making sure we got home safe. I would absolutely stay here again and again. We love sunset Island!

Excellent choice

We stayed only for a long weekend and i wish we had all week to spend there. The owner met us and gave us all information about the property including parking tags and pool passes. She was very responsive to our questions. Property is absolutely beautiful and our unit was clean and very pleasant. We definitely felt at home. Highly recommend this rental.

Clean & Great Communication

This property was amazing and great for our family. The home was clean and well equipped. We had encountered issues with the internet and the tv during our stay and the owner took care of the issue immediately. The owner communicated greatly with us and made sure everything was up to our expectation upon arrival. The only thing I would like to have seen different were more bath towels and beach towels, especially for out of towners.

Great Location near Pool/Beach/Gym/Stores

We had a great visit at this property that sits a short walk from the ocean where it's not at all crowded, a very short walk to a pool and even a fountain the kids enjoyed playing in, and for our workout folks, a terrific offsite gym (there's also a free gym in the community) 200 yards away that allows you to pay for day, days or the week. The owner gave clear check-in procedures et al and was highly responsive. The layout is ideal-- two-car garage, washer/dryer. Bedroom on Floor 1, and bedrooms on Floors 3 and 4, and a big modern kitchen, living room, deck on Floor 2. Many nearby walking/running paths, too.

Absolutely Amazing family vacation!

We do a family vacation every year. This year we all agreed on Ocean city. Thank God we made that decision because we all had the time of our life. The house was beautiful. The owner was beautiful. The location was beautiful. Everything was a few steps away. The Bay part of the beach was such a blessing for us parents because the water was nice and calm and very shallow. The kids got to go in and out of the water and be free. We walked to the frozen yogurt place almost every night. The amusement park was right down the road. Thank you so much Sima for a wonderful vacation. We will forever remember this one. ❤️

Condition of the property was horrible.

Upon arrival, the kitchen counter and table were dirty. The pillow sheets for the master bedroom did not fit. There were dirty rags, clothes, etc in the laundry room. The extra TV in the family room was disconnected and the door to the TV cabinet would not close because the magnet was gone. There was water on the floor of the closet containing the heating unit. The trundle bed (and bedroom) was covered with dust, and we had to clean it before using the bedroom. Our paperwork was not ready at the clubhouse to allow us to access the house and use the pool. There were broken blind slants in the family room and top bedroom. The rugs were a tripping hazard awaiting an accident. In fact, the kids tripped several times and just avoided being seriously hurt. The shower curtail in one of the bathrooms had a serious amount of mold on it, Overall, the condition of the house made for a very unacceptable experience.

Dirty house

On the day we had arrived July 7, 2019, first when we went to pick up our pass for the car in the clubhouse, no one knew that we should rent the house, the owner never informed them to our information. When we went to the house and when we opened the doors everything started. The dirt nest was everywhere, the sofa was cover with stains, the chairs had covers, they were so dirty no one could sit on it. We found a rotten banana peel and a beer can on the balcony. The bedrooms had the same conditions, stains on the sheets, beds were damp. The property had to provide towels for 10 people, there was not enough for all of us. The floor was dirty, filthy damp carpet, table was dirty, and bathrooms also dirty, cobwebs on the light fixtures, ripped lamp shade. When we found all of this conditions in the rental house shortly after we walk in, I called the guess contact, which was list on the check in instructions sent from rental company. It’s said on the instructions if you have any question or concerts to contact them. When I called her I request can you come back and clean the house and we can resolve the problems we faced with the whole entire house. Her respond to me was that the house was clean and she clean the house for 3 hours,and she will not come back to resolve the problem. When I told her some of the problems, she said is not like that and she said will not argue with me and hung up the phone on me. Then I text her, and her respond was that she will no longer answer us, because we are very disrespectful. We sent a email that we informed that we are leaving the key from the property, and we are not staying there under these conditions. Due to this, we will continue to fight as necessary to recoup the money we spent on the rental. Don't stay there!!!

Fabulous beach house!

We absolutely loved our stay at this townhouse!! The place was beautiful and clean and the location was great! So close for our kids to walk to the fountains and corner store. And ideally situated between the pools and small beach areas where our kids spent hours trying to catch minnows & crabs w/their nets. We LOVED that the place had bikes for us to ride! Also plenty of beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, an umbrella, beach cart, etc We did not use them all, but they also had clean sheets and towels available for use as well. We would definitely rent from her again!

Great vacation place for the family of 5. The house was very clean and comfortable. The community was beautiful with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, beach and restaurant. The hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with. We felt like home, had a great time. We highly recommend!
