Our luxurious redesigned 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom & a private outside shower townhouse won`t disappoint. Custom renovations were considered to great comfortable luxurious features offering you a vacation experience with amenities that exceed most Ocean City experiences.

The custom kitchen was redesigned and relocated from its original location to add more space for cooking and functionality! The high end custom cabinetry with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances provides functional use and quality well equipped kitchen products for 16 guests. The oven offers a built in Air Fryer too!

Enjoy meals on the private court yard with a private boardwalk access to the beach and the private enclosed outdoor shower is perfect for showering after the beach or getting ready!

Each bedroom is designed for comfort and privacy for families and groups to have personal space. Bedding was selected quality high end mattress, pillows and comforters and sheets and towel packages are professionally handled and individually wrapped for our guests. All bedrooms feature smart TVs for streaming your favorites movies and shows!

4TH FLOOR DETAILS: 2 bedrooms and full bathroom;

Guests are an assigned access code that activates and check in and deactivates at check out. There`s 2 smart locks at two main entrances.

You`ll be coordinating your vacation stay with Michael Nolen or Michelle Nolen, your local hosts from booking your stay through checking out! Available my phone, text, messaging.

There`s a local bus service that runs 24/7. Bus stops are located a few blocks apart throughout Ocean City. Uber is a poplar option for getting around town. We provide 4 cruiser style bikes for your enjoyment, and use around town. There`s local bike rental shops nearby in walking distance.

***The PRIMARY GUEST must be at least 21 years of age to rent any of our properties and no one will be given the keys or access code to a property that is under the age of 21.

Groups, events, family gatherings, bridal groups are welcome as long as the max occupancy is not exceeded, no parties, or disruption to neighbors and residents. We want you to enjoy yourself and at the same time respecting the property and neighbors and residents.

Guest service agreement is generated and sent after booking with additional details about your stay. 48 hour free cancellation policy after booking unless it is less than 2 weeks prior for review of our rental agreement.

GUEST LINENS & TOWELS PROVIDED:
Guests are provided our premium linens as part of your stay at no additional cost! Includes bed comforters, fitted sheets, top sheets, and 4 sleeping pillow cases for our Full, Queen, & King Beds (2 Sleep Pillows for twin beds)Comforters are provided. We also provide 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel. 1 wash cloth per guest.

PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY POLICY:
This is a pet friendly property. There is a non refundable fee of $150 for each pet registered to stay during a reservation. Active vacation records are required to be provided for each registered pet. The pet fee is not a cleaning fee as guests are required to clean ANY mess from their registered pet. Damage insurance does not cover pet damage and guest is responsible for any extra cleaning, damage or issue caused by the registered pet. Failure to register your pet is a violation of our house rules and subject to termination of the reservation without refund.

DAMAGE INSURANCE WAIVER: After booking your reservation, you will be charged a non-refundable fee of $89 for a damage waiver policy in lieu of a security deposit. This is separately charged unless it is included in your reservation total. Questions? Please ask before booking.

To truly enjoy a vacation, most people don’t want to worry about the occasional drink spill or scuff on the wall, so IN LIEU OF A SECURITY DEPOSIT, Nolen Vacation Rentals offers a non-refundable damage waiver fee that excuses you from accidental damage to the home, which covers up to a maximum limit of $5,000 per home (all accidental damage should be reported immediately). This fee is in addition to the rent. Upon receipt of the damage waiver fee, the owner will release the guest from liability for accidental damage up to $5,000.

EARLY CHECK IN AND LATE CHECK OUT is limited to availability as there is a lot of features offered, cleaned, and set up for your arrival. We have a lot of features and extra amenities we offer to our guests, takes longer than most properties to get ready. If the home is ready earlier, we`ll activate your door code earlier.

CHECK IN: Standard Check In is 4pm or later... Early Check In is 1pm for a $125.
CHECK OUT: Standard Check Out is 10am or earlier... Late Check Out is 12pm for $125.
