Welcome to the Atlantis unit 2004! This oceanfront 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo on 103rd St is just steps to the Atlantic Ocean and offers serene ocean views and easy beach access. Located on the 20th floor, you'll enjoy a fantastic oceanfront view and a refreshing outdoor pool. Open the windows of the enclosed oceanfront balcony to take in the ocean breeze and the rhythmic sound of waves hitting the shore. The enclosed balcony adds extra space for your family or group to spread out regardless of the season or weather.
The oceanfront master bedroom features a queen-sized bed with access to the enclosed balcony. The second bedroom is equipped with a pyramid bed - a full bed on the bottom and a twin on top. The living room also has a queen-sized sleep sofa, allowing you to comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. This unit has high speed internet/wifi, a washer/ dryer, plus a full kitchen. The living room and main bedroom have TVs with Direct TV access and the second bedroom has a Smart TV so you can stream your favorite shows (with your login credentials.) Building amenities include one parking space, an elevator and 24 hour on-site security. Additional paid parking is available on a first come first serve basis.
Located in the heart of uptown Ocean City there are many restaurants, bars, mini golf, shopping & grocery stores close by. Next door is the Ashore resort, with an ocean front restaurant, a walk-up bar, live music, and a pub. This prime, uptown location is the perfect location for your amazing Ocean City experience!
**There is a $60 Atlantis non-refundable amenity fee charged by the building. It is not included in the price at time of booking and will need to be paid to the building upon check-in at the resort to receive a parking pass, etc. Credit card only, no cash. Any extra vehicles will be $15 a day or $65 a week**
*Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $119.99. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soap and paper products.
**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**
*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.
*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.
* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.
Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
