2 BR 2 BA Unit with Large Outdoor Pool and Close to the Beach!

Located just two blocks from the beach but insulated from the noise of street, the Community of Our Place at the Beach is a peaceful retreat for those “in the know.” This very well-maintained complex boasts one of the largest pools in Ocean City and is conveniently located to explore all that Ocean City has to offer. Located near 104th street, you are close to many fantastic restaurants/bars such as Bull on the Beach, Liquid Assets and Lombardi’s to name a few. Entertainment such as miniature golf, go-carts, jet ski rentals, paddle boards and water parks are all just a short drive away. You’ll also love the proximity to the 94th street Mall for groceries and last-minute supplies.

This beautiful 2 BR 2 BA unit is ready to help you make some wonderful Ocean City memories. The living room area has all newer furniture along with a large flat screen TV. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, updated cabinetry and is ready for all your culinary needs. The dining room has a large dining room table and seats 6. The bedrooms have a queen bed in the master, 2 twins in the second bedroom, and there is a Queen sleeper sofa. The large screened in balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or relax in the evening after your fun filled day. There is also a full-size washer/dryer in the unit and wireless internet.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
*This is a non-smoking/non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator.
* Two uncovered parking spots are provided.
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 111th street.
* The outdoor pool is open between May 25th and September 22nd. There is no guard on duty in month of September.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Nice Condo for small family

We enjoyed the convenience of this condo, in a pretty nice area, within walking distance to the beach and all the spots we wanted to check out. It made traveling up and down the Coastal Highway a breeze!! Very clean, linen package a plus. Would rent again!! The only reason for the four stars was we had an issue with the a/c. Other than that, perfect!

Everything was beautiful! Clean, Enough space, and close to everything! We got our exercise in as there is no elevators but we loved it as we played hard, Ate good so we reaped the rewards of getting our steps in. Great spot!

We came for the music festival and this was a great spot. It is just a block or two from one of the shuttle pick-up spots so it was great for making our way to the festival. Parking was easy and the place is nice! We would stay again if we come back to Ocean City!

Perfect condo for a family

We booked a last minute LDW stay for our family of four. The condo was perfect for us
super clean, well equipped kitchen, cozy balcony overlooking green space, huge pool that my kids loved and a quick 5 min walk up the beach. This condo checks all of the boxes!

Grandparents with grandkids

We had a fun weekend in Ocean City with our grandkids! The condo was perfect within easy walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed using the kitchen for easy breakfasts and a pizza dinner. Loved the living room's comfy couches for watching TV and reading. Getting to the many restaurants and activities nearby was so easy - enjoyed crabs, mini-golf, the amusement park, and more!

Quiet and clean, on a quiet street within easy walk to the beach.

This is a nice unit. Very well equipped kitchen. As advertised. Management was promptly responsive to communication. There was occasional noise in the parking lot at night but it did not last long. Overall a very nice complex and unit.

Location was great! A quick walk to the beach. Plenty of stores and restaurants near by. Check in was very easy. Overall the property was clean but it’s in need for deep cleaning. Dishes were left in the dishwasher not sure how long they been there. The washer needs to be clean.

great place!

We booked this property after my sons baseball team qualified for a state tournament in the area. The house was great, short, direct walk to the beach. the best feature was outside the back screened deck was a wooded courtyard that allowed peace & quiet in the middle a a busy city.The host was great at responding & truly just a nice person! Highly recommend!

Good place to stay overall

It was a little confusing finding the property. We didn’t realize at first that the line at the end of 304 was the letter I, for building I. It would have been helpful to have clearer instructions about the location. Otherwise the keyless checkin was easy and convenient. The place was clean other than some grittiness from a little sand on the floor. The beds and sofas were comfortable, there were good curtains on the windows to keep the rooms dark at night, and there are ceiling fans. When we got there, the water was off, but we called the emergency number and they helped us fix that within ten minutes. Just a couple blocks to the bus stop on 100th street, which is 6.7 miles to the end of the boardwalk (1st street).

Last Minute Trip

Our visit to this location was excellent. The host allowed us to book a fairly last minute trip to OC. Beach was less than a 4 minute walk away. The condo was in a quiet and well kept neighborhood with plenty of parking. The 3rd floor condo was very clean and extremely well stocked. (Guest room shower does get hot water but the knob is reversed--turn to cold to get warm). Linen service was nice. There are plenty of extra blankets and pillows but if your group will use more than 6 pillows--bring some pillowcases from home. Pool area is very nice with lots of tables and chairs. We loved the condo. Thank you!!

Exactly as shown. Very nice unit with comfortable beds and furniture. Lots of kitchen supplies made it very easy to make a nice meal. I would lover to come again. We travel with 4 college students and they loved it too.

Fantastic - better than the advertisement.

I found the unit to be really pretty, for starters, I loved how it was decorated in an almost neutral beach theme. The sleep away couch in the family room was very comfortable for my very tall son who loved having the family room all to himself at night. The bedrooms were well furnished, the bathrooms spotless, the sink, counters, everything, EXTREMELY clean. The laundry machines were a great thing to have and I was impressed there was even laundry detergent in the closet. Fridge was clean and full size. Microwave good quality. Brought out own coffee and creamer, Keurig was a godsend. Lots of dishes, cookware, and plenty of room at the table. Great porch to dry your clothes. Easy 6 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of spots to park. Condo pool is simply fabulous. Had an excellent time and the host was top notch. The condo is in a good location. very short drive to absolutely anything you need. The sheet and towel service is awesome! Thanks for that. Three floors up and alot of driving, but I got my steps in, and never had a boring second for the entire week. Will rent from these guys again, for sure. Can not recommend this condo enough.

Picture are very accurate

This place was exactly like the pictures. Nice and well kept. Overall VERY clean when we got there (except two bath mats - which was weird) Short walk to the beach and very short walk to the pool - which was really nice as well. They only had NY Yankees plastic cups, but I did enjoy drinking out of it as the O's crushed the Yanks 14-0 :) I'd definitely rent here again - although do bring your own sharp knife, we could not find even one.

Stayed here for a family member’s birthday. Nice and comfortable stay. Only thing I’d recommend is mentioning that this unit is on the 3rd floor in the listing. Had one family member with me that isn’t great with stairs.

Wonderful

We really enjoyed our stay. It had all the comforts of home. Great to have the washer and dryer and full kitchen. We love the screened in deck on the back. I would highly recommend this condo. Plenty of room for all of us.
