Summary:
Located on 19th st in an oceanfront building, you are Literally a few steps off the infamous boardwalk. Unit is located close to everything you need for a nice beach getaway. Just beyond the hustle and bustle, this location can not be beat. This unit is located on the side of the building. There is assigned parking spot D4, but it is hard to get into sometimes that's why we don't advertise it. Street parking is free.
The Space:
Cute little place for a nice getaway.
Guest Access:
Door Code will be provided 1 hour before check-in on the day of check-in and active at 4PM on the day of arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Walking distance to the beach and boardwalk
Getting Around:
Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Public transportation available.
Other Things to Note:
There must be at least one member of your party that is age 21 or older.
Rental Agreement

Guest acknowledges and understands that each and every guest or
guardian is solely responsible for any property damage, accident, injury or loss
sustained to any person while in residence and neither the Agent nor the owner
accepts legal or financial responsibility. Guests and guardians, assume all risk of
injury or other loss resulting from a recreational activity and will hold the Agent
and Owner harmless with respect hereto. Guests hereby agrees to indemnify
and hold Shawn Kotwica, Kotwica Property Management, employees, officers and/or the property owner harmless from any claim, including those of third parties, arising out of or in any way a result of the guests use of the premises or items therein.
Agent cannot be held responsible for: The failing of any other company due to
said companyâs error or service interruption (i.e. electricity, water, gas, satellite,
cable etc). Acts of neighbors such as: Construction, road repair, and
maintenance or act of god (weather). However, Agents agree to do all that is
humanly possible to remedy any issue as quickly as possible. Agents reserve
the right to enter property at any time to investigate disturbances, check
occupancy, check damages, make repairs, alterations and improvements.
Every guest under the age of 21 in addition to completing and signing this form with Photo ID attached must have their parent/legal guardian do the same.
Towels are for in house use only, and are not permitted for beach use.
Any and all missing or damaged towels/linens will have a charge of $35 each.
NO UNSUPERVISED children under 12 are permitted in the front deck area
âą NO UNDERAGE DRINKING IS PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY AND IS
GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE EVICTION.
âą Emergency Service calls or disturbance calls to the property involving police
and/or fire department that result in fines, arrest, or citations will be handled at
the discretion if the property manager, and can include but not limited to
immediate eviction
KOTWICA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IS ITâS OWN ENTITY AND NOT AFFILIATED WITH ANY OTHER RENTAL PROGRAMS.
Any cancellation is subject to 3.5% credit card processing fee that is not refundable
