This is a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath home the entire downstairs of this house is for you. Beautiful Golf course view, Fenced in yard, screened patio, beautiful landscaping, close to shopping and dining. Make this your home away from home in beautiful Ocala.

Owner's apartment upstairs is occasionally occupied which Uses Garage/stairs entrance only, Guests rarely if ever see owner. Contact if you have additional questions..

The entire downstairs is your exclusive use w/ 3 bed, 2 baths.

Nice Location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I wanted to love this house, and it does have some nice things going for it. However, the booking experience was a little off-putting. The contract I had to sign was almost as long as buying a house and I will admit to feeling some hesitation as to why I was being asked to initial pages and pages of items for a 4 day rental. Also, when I booked I did not realize that the owner lived in the house. This was my mistake as in a deeper review of the website it does state this. And the company did call and check with me that I was ok with this. Unfortunately, by that point there was nothing else for me to rent. If you're ok with having some shared spaces (laundry room and back lanai) then it's fine. The owner was gone most of the time anyway. Finally, while the house had everything we needed, the living room furniture is incredible uncomfortable and the space is not conducive to being able to watch television, etc. Kitchen was well stocked.

Very Spacious!

The house was very spacious, as described! We didn’t know until booking was confirmed that the owner had her own suite in the house where she stayed. We didn’t see her during our stay, but the description wasn’t upfront about that. House had wonderful furnishings and was everything we needed for a few day stay. Only issue we came across was that there were several mosquitos that lingered in the bathroom and roamed at night. Felt like we were constantly killing them and also waking up with mosquito bites. Everything else was good!

We visited Ocala to go to HITS and WEC. My daughter and I loved the property. The property manager was very accessible and friendly. Would go back again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My weeks in Ocala were pleasant and relaxing at this rental. The location was good for downtown and outskirts. It was a quiet neighborhood. The lanai was my favorite part, screened in and private. I had my coffee and newspaper out there every morning. The back yard was pretty with flowering trees and plants. I liked the layout of the home and made use of cooking some meals there, but ate out most of the time because there were so many good restaurants nearby. I have rented with this company before and found them to be very accommodating and available if a question comes up. I would use them again.

This is a beautifully maintained home in a perfect location! Lana is a considerate and accommodating host. I have never had a better experience with any other short term rental/leasing program. This property is highly recommended!
