This cozy holiday apartment is in a fantastic location in Oberstdorf, the southernmost municipality in Germany. It offers great accommodation at the foot of the Allgäu Alps for couples, families and adventurers traveling alone.

The 45sqm 1-room apartment is located at garden level and has a spacious living room, well-equipped kitchen, double bed (1.80x2.00), shower and a separate toilet. The toilet can be reached via the hallway.

Amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable TV, board games and a Senseo coffee machine. In winter, your car and your skis are covered in the garage, protected from snow.

A furnished west-facing balcony awaits you outside. Enjoy the evening sun to relax from eventful excursions in our beautiful Allgäu! Regardless of whether you reached the Nebelhorn casually by gondola or as an experienced mountaineer, we offer you the optimal holiday experience of adventure, rest and relaxation!

During the summer, you can fully immerse yourself in the beauty of nature here. Whether you choose to explore on foot, by cable car, or by bike, there's plenty to discover here.

130 kilometers of slopes, cross-country ski trails and winter hiking trails await all enthusiastic winter sports enthusiasts. The ski pass for the Oberstdorf-Kleinwalsertal mountain railways allows you unlimited use of all lifts. You can easily get to every valley station by bus. The valley station of the Nebelhornbahn can be reached from our house in 15 minutes on foot.

A garage on the property is available for free parking. From there a staircase leads through the garden to your holiday apartment.

Fresh rolls can be delivered daily.
Bed linen and towels are of course included in the price.
Bringing pets and smoking indoors are not permitted.
Wearing street shoes is not permitted in the house.
