The high-quality, 5-star DTV-certified holiday apartment "Am Kofel" is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building that was newly constructed in 2022.
Covering an area of approximately 53 m2, this holiday apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay: a cozy bedroom with a box spring bed (180 x 200 cm), a modern bathroom with shower/WC, and a large, light-filled living/dining room with a sofa bed (box spring couch) and smart TV. This gives you access to all German-language and English-language HD channels, as well as a library of approx. 20.000 films and series. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare culinary delights. On the adjoining terrace with deck chairs and seating, you can enjoy the fantastic view of the surrounding mountains and relax wonderfully.
A washing machine with dryer function is available in the apartment. We are happy to provide a high chair on request.
You can park your car in the underground garage belonging to the house (height 2.00 m). Here you will also find the lockable bicycle storage room and a storage room for skis and hiking boots with charging facilities for E-bike batteries. The elevator provides barrier-free access directly to your vacation apartment.
The "Am Kofel" holiday apartment is located in a very quiet area slightly above the center of Oberammergau, directly at the foot of Oberammergau's local mountain, the Kofel. In about 15 minutes on foot, you can reach the town center with various sights (Passion Play theater and much more), the tourist information office, the train station, and many shopping opportunities. A variety of restaurants are available for culinary enjoyment during your vacation. In addition, Oberammergau and the Ammergau Alps region offer countless opportunities for cultural and sporting leisure activities in every season.
