Fortaleza 3 is an apartment with a contemporary Oaxacan design, with a premium location, 2 blocks from Santo Domingo and one block from the main pedestrian street in the center. Close to tourist attractions, cultural attractions and party venues. It has access to a shared terrace overlooking a small park. It has the amenities for a couple to enjoy a unique stay. With design, location and functionality. It has everything to be your home in Oaxaca!
The Space:
The apartment is newly remodeled, it has a kitchenette, dining table, living room with sofa bed, bedroom with queen-size bed and air conditioning, and full bathroom.
There is also access to the building's terrace to sunbathe and enjoy a unique view.
The building has a coffee shop, two other apartments managed by me, bicycle rentals, and tourist experiences.
It is located two blocks from the Temple of Santo Domingo and the main wedding venues in the downtown (JardĂn EtnobotĂĄnico, el Cardenal, and La FĂĄbrica).
Guest Access:
You will have access to âFortaleza 3â without time restrictions as it has a separate entrance.
The Neighborhood:
The premium location of "Fortaleza 3" allows you to enjoy this beautiful city and its tourist attractions on foot. The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center; one block away from the "Centro GastronĂłmico" (Gastronomic Center).
A few steps away from the apartment, you will find a small and charming plaza called "Cruz de Piedra" and the arches that were part of the city's aqueduct.
A few steps away from the apartment, there is an organic market "La Cosecha"
On the same street where the apartment is located, you will find restaurants, bars, churches, craft shops, museums.
In front of the apartment you will find the "JardĂn Carbajal" and the CafĂ© "Punto Paz", a place to rent bicycles, a place to do mezcal tastings and a tour agency to go hiking in the nearby forests.
The apartment is located one block from the "Andador TurĂstico", the main pedestrian street in the center of Oaxaca.
Two blocks away is the "Ex Convento de Santo Domingo" and the "JardĂn EtnobotĂĄnico".
You will also find a market, laundry, convenience stores and galleries nearby.
The best party venues are just a few steps away.
You do not need a car to get around the center, but if you come by car, there are private parking lots nearby where you can leave your car or on the street.
Getting Around:
You can get around on foot.
The cycle path is just a few steps away, so you can rent a bike.
Other Things to Note:
Parties are not allowed.
Please stop loud music or noise at 11:00 pm.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, it is only allowed on the rooftop.
You can enjoy the building's shared rooftop to enjoy a unique view from 7:30 am to 9:30 pm. It is located one floor up.

In addition, a jug of purified water is provided for drinking, you can refill your bottles!
