Located in San Francisco Tutla, this brilliant 2-bedroom bungalow offers a tranquil escape for guests. With 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and a cozy living room with a sofa bed, this excellent property provides a comfortable stay. Enjoy amenities like AC, WiFi, and a fitness room during your visit. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers and showers for your convenience. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

"Dylan’s Corner" This cozy 2-bedroom, 2 bath retreat offers a shared solar-heated swimming pool open year round, an exercise room, WiFi, and AC for your convenience. Relax in the living room after a day of exploring. Experience what Oaxaca de Juárez has to offer with a stay at our bungalows.

This is one of 5 bungalows within a walled compound. A first floor unit, your bungalow can sleep up to 4 people. It has 2 private bedrooms and baths.

Bedroom 1 allows you to choose between a queen size bed or two individual beds in one (please notify us of your preference). Its bathroom adjoins the room.

Bedroom 2 has double bed and private bath with dressing room. Room is comfortable for 1.

Both bedrooms have AC, ample storage for clothes, suitcases, etc.

The living room has a comfortable and attractive sofa- sleeper which permits a 4th person to join you.

The bungalow has a fully stocked kitchen (dishes, pots & pans, cooking utensils, etc.) with a cook top, oven, microwave, refrigerator, water dispenser, and a table for dining. Both baths have both bath and pool towels.

One of the owners is a liscensed, bi-lingual physician.
Laundry service available at a low cost.

Four other bungalows are on our property making it an ideal place for family or group reunions. Bungalows are spaced throughout the property to maximize privacy and permit guests to live in multi-climate, garden environment with ample outdoor seating for relaxing.

The pool area is surrounded by a desert garden. The pool is solar heated for your comfort. Lounge chairs, umbrella, table and chairs, outdoor bathrooms and a shower make it a lovely place to read, relax and swim. The exercise room is conveniently located in the same area. The (unsupervised) exercise room has treadmill, elliptical, free weights, dumbbells, stability ball, yoga mats, bench, etc.

Our location is just outside of Oaxaca City. We offer airport pick up and return, and shuttle service to and from "El Centro" or downtown. Free parking in our enclosed compound is available for guests who wish to rent a car.

The property was beautiful, comfortable, and well-kept. The hospitality of our hosts, Debra and Victor, was legendary. They answered so many questions, picked us up at the airport and dropped us off various places. They had some family visiting in other suites, with lovely kids who were happy to spend some pool playtime with our daughter. We'd love to return to Oaxaca and would choose this site again.

Our stay at Deb and Victor’s home was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and genuine hospitality. The hosts truly went above and beyond, even offering to drive us to the city whenever we needed it, which was incredibly helpful and generous.Their home is a tranquil oasis, surrounded by lush greenery and beautiful trees, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Oaxaca’s downtown. We particularly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the chance to relax in such a beautiful, verdant setting. We also enjoyed the heated pool very much. We highly recommend staying with Deb and Victor for a truly memorable and delightful experience. We can't thank them enough for their kindness and creating such a comfortable and serene haven.

Deb & Victor could not have been more welcoming, gracious, and accommodating hosts. We’re thrilled we stayed here and will tell everyone we know to do the same. The bungalow was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Anything else was a quick text message away and at our door in minutes. The airport shuttle and rides to and from Centro were so incredibly convenient. And we spent several days just relaxing in the very warm pool. We did two dinners at the house that were delicious and in such a beautiful setting.It was all fantastic! We live in Oaxaca now but would come here again for a staycation. Absolutely one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve had anywhere.

Better than we could have imagined!

Staying at Dillan's Corner/ Bule Villas was the difference between a good and fantastic visit to Oaxaca city! The care and hospitality of Debra and Victor was world class. They opened their wonderful home and provided hospitality and suggestions which really made the trip exceptional! Interesting and informative conversation on the area and history of the people and culture was very beneficial. Every suggestion of places to go and things to do, welcomed and excellent choices. From centro to mole restaurants to El Tule, Monte Alban, Teotitlan, Coyotepec and San Martin Tilcajete. Can't say enough about how much they influenced this memorable trip! The complex was a great place to relax at the end of a busy day. We only wish that we had stayed longer!!!

From the beginning to the end, our stay was terrific. We arrived later in the day but were greeted with open arms by the host. They showed us around the property it was dark, but we could tell how magical it was already. we weren't wrong. We arrived during the Day of the Dead Festival, and our host offered to take us downtown and gave recommendations of places to see and eat. All wonderful. The following morning, we were able to really see the true beauty of the property. We had a lovely breakfast in the most wonderful curated garden. we relaxed in the pool, which was designed by the host. they have a passion for design, and you tell across all parts. our bungalow was perfect for us as we each had our own room and shower. everything was extremely clean. I'm a biggie on this, and we are very happy. so much more! thank you again for opening your doors to us!
