The kitchen and dining area open to a covered porch with a picnic table and an additional fridge—perfect for extra drinks and snacks during your stay. The home offers plenty of space with five bedrooms- one bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed plus an additional twin bed, two queen bedrooms, and two king bedrooms. A sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping space. Entertainment is easy in the lower-level game room, featuring a pool table, foosball, and a wet bar, along with a laundry room for added convenience.

Step outside to enjoy the best of mountain living with a private hot tub, a large deck with a gas grill and plenty of seating, and a firepit for evening gatherings under the stars. Whether you're enjoying the peaceful views, gathering for a meal, or sharing laughs over a game, The Lake House is the perfect setting for your next Deep Creek Lake escape.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
*This home's kitchen is equipped with a standard coffee pot.
*Max parking spaces for this home is 5; garage access is not available
*This home does not have cable tv (streaming is available using your own account)
*This is a non-smoking/vaping property
*Check-in is between 4 pm- 9 pm; Check-out is by 10 am.
*Minimum age to rent is 25.

WHAT TO BRING:
Please plan to bring your own supplies. One bath towel and one washcloth per person will be provided. Homes are equipped with cookware, dishes, drinkware, utensils, and bed linens for the max occupancy of the home. Propane will be provided for all propane grills; any refill requests can be made during normal business hours. Some items NOT provided include: paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, beach towels, firewood and makeup remover wipes (recommended to avoid fees for towel damage).

PETS:
This home is not pet-friendly. Undisclosed pets will be charged a fee equal to 3x the standard pet fee, per pet.

WINTER RESERVATIONS:
A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.

RESERVATION PROCESS:
WITHIN 24 HRS OF BOOKING, sign the Rental Agreement to begin receiving your pre-arrival information. (Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement.) Once completed, your check-in instructions and door code will be automatically sent ONE DAY PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. If you do not receive this info, please check your spam folder first. If it is still missing, contact us before 4 pm to ensure a smooth check-in.
