Nestled upon Messalonskee Lake in the heart of the Belgrade Lakes region, you’ll find this classic Maine cottage. In the warm months, there’s room to park your boat and trailer at the property, and a public boat launch is a mile-and-a-half away. Golf, disc golf, music venues, a world-class museum, and fantastic local restaurants await in and around Waterville and Oakland. Portland, with a major jetport and bigger city attractions, is less than an hour and a half away.

At the cottage itself, start the day on your screened porch with a cup of coffee, enjoying the lake view. Then take a swim or float on beautiful Lake Messolonski (Snow Pond) just outside your door. Inside, you’ll find a lofted space with hardwood floors, pine-paneled ceilings and walls, and all the cabin coziness you crave. Whip up a snack or quick meal in the spacious kitchenette, which features a fridge, brand new oven, and microwave, then grab a bite at one of the barstools. After a day of exploration, relax with a little streaming TV, upload the day’s pics to to social media with the free WiFi, or just unplug outside with a gorgeous sunset view over the water. End the night roasting marshmallows around the firepit - another perfect lake day awaits tomorrow.

Please respect the 3-adult maximum occupancy, which includes visitors.
This unit is unsuitable for larger gatherings.
There is a ladder that guests must climb to the loft with Queen sized bed. Downstairs has a sleeper sofa bed that sleeps one.
Guests must use their own credentials for streaming services.
This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
