Welcome to the "Diamond in The Rough" a small but cozy and comfortable 3 bedroom 2.5 bath gated townhouse, centrally located in the thriving and diverse socio-economic area of East Oakland. Truly a hidden gem for those who enjoys traveling and may interact with people of different life experiences, if youâre looking for an asthetically pleasing neighborhood then this may not be your ideal getaway. Our home is furnished with Bay Area-honored arts throughout the home. Only 7min away to the Oakland airport, 5min to the Coliseum stadium, 25min to downtown San Francisco and many other popular local attractions.
Our beautiful home is a Townhouse in a gated, safe and very small community of less than 15 units total so you don't feel crowded at all. You'll be greeted upon arrival to the gated community where you'll enter a private code in order to enter, there's one guest parking near the gate entrance and or you can park in front of the home. There's also a car garage which you can use to park a small sedan size car inside, mid to full size SUV or truck WILL NOT fit. The townhouse is attached to another home on same lot, please be mindful of our neighbor and their parking space.
Cozy size living room area with a traditional fireplace, comfortable sturdy couch, accent chairs, 60 inch smart TV and decorated with arts made locally by Bay Area artists.
ALL BEDROOMS IS LOCATED ON THE SECOND FLOOR, be mindful of elderly, disabled or children who may be at risk of walking up and down a flight of 14 stairs / steps. Each bed sheets and covers are changed with fresh linens for every new guests to enjoy, in addition we only use clear & free unscented non dye hypoallergenic laundry detergent.
Every bedroom comes with a complimentary personal care amenity tray (toothbrush and toothpaste, shaving cream and razor, body lotion, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, body soap bar, bottle water and fresh white towels.
First bedroom is furnished with a queen size canopy style bed frame and comfortable mattress, decorated in black and gold theme throughout. Plenty of storage space with your own walk in closet & work desk. Two night stands with matching lamps on both sides of the bed. A baby crib & twin size air mattress with set of sheets is available to this room UPON REQUEST PRIOR TO ARRIVAL AND OR AT TIME OF BOOKING. These two items are stored in our warehouse as it is shared between our other properties as needed, our cleaners bring these items upon preparing the home for you. Failure to request air mattresses & or a baby crib prior to your date of check in may not guarantee availability and will be subject to a $20 delivery fee for our cleaners to bring it. So please remember if you need an air mattress or a baby crib to REQUEST it at least 24hr prior to your check in date to allow for our cleaners to bring all necessary supplies with them on their first trip.
Second bedroom has two twin size beds, sliding closet area and decorated with beautiful handmade wall art matching the custom bed headboards. You can view the streets from windows with plenty of natural lights.
Third bedroom is the master suite with a king size bed and comfortable mattress, accent chair and two bedside nightstands with matching lamps. Double vanity sink with plenty of space on your own wall in closet. Separate sliding door to the bathroom / bathtub shower. There is no lock on the sliding door, so for privacy please make sure to lock your bedroom. A baby crib & twin size air mattress with set of sheets is available to this room UPON REQUEST PRIOR TO ARRIVAL AND OR AT TIME OF BOOKING. THIS HOME IS STRICTLY MONITORED, NO PARTIES, SMALL GATHERING, UNREGISTERED GUESTS OR LOUD MUSIC ALLOWED.
Please remove your shoes outside and place it on the shoe rack inside behind the sofa next to the front door entrance, or put it away in your room closet / your own luggage. Do NOT walk around the house with your shoes, especially inside the bedrooms.
Please do not invite any unregistered visitors to our home, even if theyâre not sleeping over. Maximum occupancy is 6 -8 guests. Your safety and security is our highest priority, violating this rule will result in termination of your stay with NO REFUND whatsoever!
Please do not lit any candles or incense as it may cause allergic reactions to other guests, no open flames allowed with an exception of birthday cake candles, please let us know if you plan on having birthday candles.
Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind allowed inside the home, you may smoke out in the backyard and dispose cigarettes properly. Marajuana/Weed is NOT ALLOWED AT ALL ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY or anywhere in our gated community. $500 violation fee will apply for marajuana or any smoking scent inside our home. If you plan on smoking marajuana DO NOT BOOK our home!
NO PARTIES, AND NO SMALL GATHERINGS with unregistered visitors ALLOWED other than the maximum 6 occupants known to us here in the home (ages 2+) If you have an infant that is ok for 7th person. Please do let us know if you need a crib, we will only setup crib prior to arrival upon request.
ABSOLUTELY NO AMPLIFY SOUNDS (DJ, loud speaker, etc)
Park your vehicle in front of the home, inside the garage (sedan car size only no large suv or truck will fit), or on the side near gate entrance. Please do not block our neighborâs parking space in front of their home. If you need further instructions call or text me about this. Maximum 2 vehicles on site.
This is a safe space and we will not tolerate any kind of discrimination against anybody on our property, everyone should be respected regardless of their age, gender identity, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, race, color, religion, etc. We welcome everyone into our home equally, violating this trust is the quickest way to getting kicked out, banned on future stays and reported to hosting platform for removal. #BeKindïżŒ
