Street Parking on the entire street is free. Please be aware of street cleaning days (2nd & 4th Mondays and Tuesdays: 12.30 - 3.30pm).

Early Check-in / Late Checkout:
Additional fees of $50/hr from the standard time.

Please ask us for an early check-in, we will try our best to accommodate you.

The additional fee helps us get the place ready as per your schedule and compensate our cleaners for the extra help they bring in accordingly.

For all your travel needs, we are located a short walk to the nearby Whole Foods and Walgreens.

The home has 6 step entry for easy accessibility.

All the spaces are completely private. Nothing is shared!

The couch in the living room pulls out to a Full Size bed.
We provide Mattress topper, comforter, bedsheet and pillows for a comfortable stay.
In case you’re not interested in sleeping on the couch, we can also provide a foldable queen sized mattress upon request

For infants/toddlers, we provide(upon request) a crib, high chair, changing table and pack n play crib.

Street Parking on the entire street, except right next to the store, is free. Please be careful of street cleaning days (2nd & 4th Mondays and Tuesdays: 12.30 - 3.30pm).

The security cameras are located outside the front entrance, facing the street. There is also a security camera outside the back door, pointed out towards the backyard.
These cameras are motion activated and record as long as any movement exists.

HOUSE RULES:
1) Zero tolerance policy - no parties allowed on property.

2) Only the registered guests on the VRBO booking are allowed on the property. Applicable for both overnight stay as well as non-overnight stays.

3) Absolutely no Backyard use after 9.30pm.

4) Please be respectful of our neighbors, and keep noise to a minimum later in the evening - thank you!

5) Please avoid music/loud conversations/banging doors during quiet hours of 10.00pm - 7.00am

6) Pet Policy – Furniture & Bedding:
We kindly ask that pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture. Cleaning pet hair from these areas requires significantly more time and effort, often resulting in additional cleaning fees, which we would prefer not to pass on to our guests. To help us keep cleaning costs low and maintain a clean, comfortable space for everyone, we ask for your cooperation in keeping pets off the furniture and bedding. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep the home welcoming for all!
