West View villa is perfect for mountain getaway with the whole family located less than 6 minutes from Oakhurst downtown, with easy access to Yosemite`s South Gate Entrance (20 min) and Bass Lake (10 min), allowing you to explore multiple experiences.

The property has 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom with cozy kids room, sleeps 10 comfortably.

Westview Villa is a Family friendly and one of the best property to enjoy sunset view right from the living room.

This property is perfect for your next mountain getaway with the whole family near Yosemite and bass lake. Step through the front door and find yourself in the living room with a huge relaxing sectional couch with a wood-burning fireplace and flatscreen TV already for entertaining. Another room of space next to the living room has a great game room including a pool table and another room that includes a well-equipped, full kitchen, a dining area. The area is wide open including a unique cycle bar and wine racks to enjoy a few drinks of your choice. Please feel free to enjoy a bottle of wine with your group and replace it with your fav bottle of wine.

GAMEROOM

Amenities include a fun-filled game room with a pool table in the game room near the living room, a big-screen TV, a few puzzle, and other board games. There is a Basketball, a large ping pong table in an insulated room garage.

OUTDOOR AND HOT TUB

Patio/backyard has an extra-large hot tub with 100% privacy in Westview villa and there is covered space in the backyard with BBQ with dining table area and unique bench for people to seat and enjoy. We have a small gym set up for you to enjoy a workout with the view.

EV CHARGER

For the growing EV community, we have an on demand level 2 EV charger. Usage instructions will be provided upon check-in.

BEDROOM/BATH

This 3 Bedroom with upscale linens, new memory firm mattresses, pillows, throw blankets and comforters will ensure a cozy night sleep.
Bedroom 1 - Master Bedroom has a California King Bed, nightstands with extra plugins for you to charge the phone and other electronic devices, lounge chairs walk-in closet, and a private master bathroom with a private jacuzzi bathtub. There is a workplace set up with a desk with mac monitor in the master room for remote work or schooling.

There is a total of 3 bathrooms with Dove shampoo and conditioner, body wash, and hand wash. There are towels and napkins as well in the bathroom.

HVAC unit (A/C – Heat) to provide guests with the most comfortable stay! *We expect guests to be respectful of the costs and keep the thermostat in a medium range. When it’s 100 degrees outside it can’t be at 70 degrees. The house should maintain a 74-78 degree temperature and turn to 78 when not at the property.

No pets allowed.

No smoking inside the house. only outside and you must take care of your butts because we are in the Wildfire zone.

Any property damage needs to pay by the guests.

Oakhurst Quiet Hours are from 10 PM-8 AM.

Things to Note:

No Pets - $500 fee for breaking rule.

No Exceeding maximum guests - $200 fee for breaking rule. Reach out to us for extra people in your group, $50 a night for each additional person.

Please prevent wildfires - absolutely no fires outside or inside (wood-burning stove) during high fire danger months (June until the end of October, which is typically when we get our first rain of the season).
