- Living Room features a Sectional Sofa and a Full Futon, with vaulted Pine Ceilings, and Television. Open the blinds and curtains and you will have mountain views on both sides
- Kitchen is newly remodelled, and shiny, with all new equipments, tools and condiments. We have stocked the same with Grill components as well as full Coffee station. Sauces, seasonings, Cereals, and Hot Chocolates are included.
- Dining area features a new 8-seater Dining Table, and a wrap-around window looking at the driveway, one of the best scenes that would refresh your morning breakfast
- Master Bedroom is contemporary and comfy, equipped with a large bed and a Daybed with Trundle. Comes with attached bath and a extremely long walk-in closet that will be accessible to guests.
- Bunk Bedroom features a FULL Bunk Bed and a Wall-Mounted TV and a lot of space for kids and also adults to settle in with their choice of toys and games
- Bedroom 3 is he picturesque one, classy with a standard queen bed and closets
- Multiple driveway car spaces for easy access to cars.

- The house is equipped with Outdoor Cameras on all sides that is monitored during check-in, check-out and quiet hours that start early in the mountains. After quiet hours, be sure to turn off all lights and fire, and explore the best star-gazing opportunity in the Sierras, this is one of the best posh neighborhood where you can walk a mile in the dark on well constructed roads. Or just sit, back, relax and pull out your telescopes for the most beautiful spectrum of colors at night.

Guest can access all areas including the garage that has an EV Charging outlet 220V 50 Amps, guest would need to bring their own EV Chord.

Newly listed in High Sierra Sky Ranch neighborhood at 3200 ft from sea level. Just 2 minutes off Highway 41, 8 min from Bass Lake, and only 15 minutes from Yosemite South Gate, the mountain home features a 360-degree view of mountains on either side of the house. Comes with recently renovated rooms, a brand-new Kitchen, and a completely new Bathroom. Each room has been carefully decorated keeping your long-term vacation stays in mind, stocked, and sanitized.

The house is only 15 min away from Yosemite South Gate. No reservation is required if you leave the house on or before 5:40 AM in the morning, or after 4 PM in the afternoon.

The house features two entrances. Parking is available in front of the stairs as well as inside the Shed. RV Parking at the side yard. Firewood is plenty and a wood fire pit is available on demand if you can complete the fire permit from the San Joaquin Valley Air District website - `Check before you Burn`.
Welcome to Sky Ranch Neighborhood, this resort-type setting in the middle of High Sierras features all kinds of birds and animals that Yosemite is known for. The guests are free to explore the surrounding forest/area at their own responsibility and risk. Owner or the host will not be liable for any damages or injuries.

Red-tail Fox, Deers and Turkeys are very common to be found on the driveway, (if you are lucky you can also see a black bear) - please respect wildlife as much as you appreciate it. Drive slowly from the entrance gate till the driveway, enjoying the Vista point on your right.

- NO SHOES or NO PETS on carpets and furnitures.

- Only 1 crate-trained pet less than 45 lbs allowed. Pet Fee will be charged separately $120 per pet per reservation. Any violation to the pet rules will cause $300 deposit to be withheld.

Check In: after 4 PM
Check out: 10 AM (Strictly; $100 charge for every half an hour delay, 25% of coupon for every early checkout)
Quiet Hours: 9 PM (Strictly; $500 security deposit to be withheld for violations in this mountain resort that is in the middle of a forest). No loud noise, smoke, or fire after 9 pm.

Please keep the front and back entrance closed at all times. We live in the mountains and have bugs, insects, and animals around. As much as we love our wildlife friends, we want to make sure they stay outside for our safety! :)
Hunting is banned on this property- The property is located in the Sierra National Forest with abundant wildlife and you will frequently see mountain animals.

Food should not be left in the cars or outdoor spaces. Please do not feed any wildlife. If you see a bear during your stay on the property, please do not feed him/her and stay away from them.


Absolutely no fires or open flames of any kind, during fire season. Please ask the host for permission before using the fire pit, to make sure you are complying with local laws and regulations.

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control such as closure of the Yosemite National park.

This is a strictly Non-Smoking / Vaping property. Additionally, please do not use/ bring illegal drugs on the property. Violation of this rule will lead to forfeiting of the security deposit and will be charged additional cleaning fee and any additional damages.

The property is not child proof and the hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries incurred during the stay.

A Security camera and doorbell that monitor the front entrance to the property for our guests` safety. The security camera/bell are not constantly recording and will only record during check-in, check-out and quiet hours. Please do not touch or tamper with the camera or the bell. This is for your protection!
