The Space:

Brooke is a fashionable wooden retreat three miles from Oakham in Rutland. It hosts two bedrooms which include a double with an en-suite as well as a twin/double, there is also a bathroom, the property is able to sleep four people. Its interior also offers an open-plan living area which has a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside, the cottage provides plenty of off-road parking as well as lawns and a patio with furniture and a barbecue. Brooke is a splendid getaway placed well for touring Rutland and the surrounding area. Please Note: Bookings at this property must be a minimum of 2 nights.

Exton is a village set in the East Midlands county of Rutland. The Fox and Hounds public house overlooks the tree-planted green, offering cosy winter evenings around the fireplace and lazy summer days out in the beer garden. Oakham is the nearest town, boasting a combination of stone and thatched buildings, a range of shops, along with pubs, bars and eateries to choose from. The Rutland Water Nature Reserve offers watersports, a small water adventure park, birdwatching, a sailing club and fishing opportunities.
