Salty Canal Retreat features three bedrooms plus a semi-private loft, comfortably sleeping up to eight guests. TVs are provided in all three bedrooms.

The home sits directly on Davis Canal, positioned between the Intracoastal Waterway and the ocean — a unique location that allows guests to enjoy both water access and easy beach trips.
Dock & Water Access
Guests are welcome to enjoy the floating dock; however, use of the dock and surrounding water is at your own risk.
Water depth and navigation in this section of Davis Canal are tide-dependent. Guests planning to kayak, paddleboard, fish, or bring a small boat should check local tide conditions in advance, as water levels may impact launching or navigation.
Children must always be supervised near the dock and canal.
Linens, Towels & Laundry
Linen and towel service is provided.
Fresh linens and towels will be delivered after arrival based on the number of guests in your reservation.
A washer and dryer are also available for guest use.
Parking
The property offers ample parking with two separate driveways, accommodating up to five vehicles.
Salty Canal Retreat is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We ask guests to be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during evening hours. This helps keep the area peaceful for everyone and ensures future guests can continue to enjoy the home.
Top House Rules for Salty Canal Retreat:
1. Registered Guests Only
Only guests included on the reservation may stay overnight. Please make sure your guest count is accurate when booking.
2. No Parties or Events
Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted.
3. Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest booking the home must be at least 25 years old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
4. Quiet Hours
Please respect our neighbors and keep noise levels down between 10 PM and 8 AM.
5. Respect the Property & Neighborhood
Please treat the home and surrounding properties with care. Any damage or issues should be reported during your stay so we can assist quickly. Please report immediately to Beachy Rent and Beachy Clean providers.
