You’ll think Sunny Daze are here again when you rent this large and spacious dog friendly home. With over 2,200sqft of space, you have many choices where to enjoy you "Daze". You can read a book on one the brand new couches in the large front sun room, or beat the heat inside lounging in one of the multiple spacious living areas. When you walk inside the home you will find this home is large enough for everyone to be comfortable, including your 4 legged family members. With the open spaced dining room, you can easily converse with anyone in the well equipped kitchen. The large island allows everyone to gather around and help cook a delicious dinner. The dinner table comfortably seats 6 with 3 additional stools available for expanded dining options. There’s even a second living area with a view of the backyard and an additional table to dine, work the provided puzzles, or play one of the games you’ll find on the shelf. In the fenced in back yard, you will discover the sparkling full sized pool tempting you to jump right in! There is an assortment of provided pool floats for your enjoyment and relaxation. Many enjoyable memories are sure to made in the backyard pool. With lounging camp chairs, you’ll be hoping for a pool boy to bring you refreshing beverages. An outdoor table seats 4 for those who want to enjoy al fresco dining. Your furry friends will also enjoy the enclosed back yard as they can roam freely.



Back inside the home you can choose between the 3 large bedrooms all with brand new furniture. The Primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom and it also has a glass door with access to the pool in the backyard. Here you can keep an eye on the shenanigans in the pool while staying in the cool air conditioning. Both guest bedrooms are equipped with a queen and a twin-sized bed. The hallway bath has a fun shower curtain, sure to make you smile. All three bedrooms are equipped with smart TV’s. No more searching for outlets as the bedside lamps have electrical outlets in the base to make charging your devices easier. Over the bed lighting is nice for finishing that book before you slumber from your long days of memory-making adventures.



An outdoor shower with hot & cold water will wash off the salt and sand of the beach. A utility room is conveniently located just inside the back door. Everyone can just drop their towels right into the full-sized washer & dryer.



When you long for the beach and the crashing waves, the convenient beach access locations are only a quick 5-minute drive away.

****Sleeping Arrangements****



Bedroom 1 (Primary): 1 King bed

Bedroom 2 (guest): 1 Queen bed with twin bed

Bedroom 3 (guest): 1 Queen bed with twin bed



Please note: Linens are included with your reservation and your beds will be made prior to your arrival. Also a Welcome Bag will be waiting for you upon your arrival with starter supplies which includes 2 trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher powder, washing machine powder, dish sponge, small shampoo and conditioner with bar of soap, make up remover, and 2 bottles of water.



**Children under the age of 2 are not allowed in the backyard near or in the pool. Children under 12 must have floatation devices on when in or around the pool. Anyone under 16 must have adult supervision (21yrs or over) at all times when in or around the pool)**



Limit of 2 dogs (combined weight no more than 80 lbs). A $200 non-refundable pet fee applies. If more than 2 dogs are brought, a $500 fee will be charged.

Pets must be disclosed when booking, and dogs must be up to date on vaccines and flea and tick prevention.

No pets are allowed on beds or furniture. Extra cleaning fees will apply if this rule is broken.

The home does not have a crate, so please bring one if needed.

Strict no-cat policy. Cats are not allowed.

-Must be 25 years or older to rent property, failure to follow this rule will end in tenant(s) removal from property and forfeiture of rent money



*On January 10th, 2023 the Oak Island Town Council voted to approve paid parking on the island. The paid parking will be in effect from April 1 through September 30th and the hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The cost will be $5 per hour, $20 per day and $80 per week.
