Located in The Palms, this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo is just steps from the ocean and only a block from the grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants, and more. Step out the door, head down the stairs, and follow the walkway straight to the beach — you’ll have your toes in the sand in minutes.

The space
Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing coastal getaway, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living space, washer/dryer, and a large deck overlooking the pool and hot tub. The large carport underneath the unit can easily fit up to 3 cars, and if you don’t want to carry luggage or beach gear up the stairs, simply use the elevator.



Bedroom Layout:

• Primary Bedroom: King bed, ensuite bathroom, and sliding glass doors leading to the large back deck

• Bedroom 2: Queen bed

• Bedroom 3: Twin-over-full bunk bed

• A valid photo ID is required (must be uploaded to VRBO and and provided to host directly after booking)

• The booking guest must be present at check-in (no third-party bookings)
