The space
We have created a peaceful haven with decor reminiscent of the Golden Age. Feel the comforts of home while vacationing in this lovely space. We have two Hollywood themed bedrooms, a comfortable sitting area, and kitchenette featuring a full size refrigerator and single counter-top electric burner.

Other things to know:

✔ Availability: Check-in is at 4:00 pm and Check-out is at 10:00 am to allow the cleaners time to clean for the next guest.

✔ Parties: Please note that this home is NOT for parties. Any number of guests above agreed reservation will result in a charge of $150 per person. Any damages to property or to the home will be accosted for. Limit for overnight guests is 4 people.

✔ Quiet Hours: 10PM - 7AM - Please be respectful of the neighbors.

✔ Exterior camera monitoring on premises.

✔ Pets: please inquire about pet guidelines - fee is $75 for one pet.

✔Parking maximum is 2 vehicles. No boats.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire downstairs unit of this beach town home. You will not have access to the upstairs property or deck. There may be other guests occupying the upstairs portion of the home during the time of your stay. Each unit has its own private entry, but the driveway and yard is shared.

A single, well-appointed bathroom with full standing shower, ensures convenience and comfort during your stay.

Whip up light meals and snacks in the convenient kitchenette, which includes a full-size refrigerator, a single countertop electric burner, coffee drip, Keurig and a microwave.
