The pool area is a perfect spot to relax, and you can cook s'mores around the firepit in the evening. Enjoy Oak Island in luxury and style when you stay at the Crooked Palm!



The Space:

Welcome to The Crooked Palm, where luxury meets comfort and convenience in Oak Island. Only one row back from the beach and offering ocean views, this beautiful home is thoughtfully designed to cover every element of your trip. The top level boasts a sparkling kitchen stocked with everything you need to whip up delicious meals. The chef of your group will love it! You can eat together in the large dining area while enjoying ocean views, or take it al fresco outside over the canal. The breakfast bar is the perfect spot to keep the chef company while cooking, or to grab a quick snack or cup of coffee. The upstairs flows beautifully into a bright and open living room with plenty of seating for movie nights. A master king bedroom with a private bath rounds out the top level.



When you're ready to turn in for the night, head downstairs to the other 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms. 3 king bedrooms await, as well as a bunk room that has double bunks and twins, sleeping 6 guests. All bedrooms have ensuite full baths, ensuring privacy for all.



The beauty of this home does not stop there! Head outside and you can relax by the private pool (Pool heating is available by advance request at $75 per night or $500 per week; if requested, it must be applied for the full duration of your stay and cannot be added for partial dates). For those who want to soak in the water without being splashed or going under, you can relax in the spillover spa. The spillover spa is not heated, but it's a great spot to relax with a book and work on your suntan in the water! There's a fire pit that is perfect for roasting s'mores in the evening, and the beach access is only a 2 minute walk away.



Additional conveniences include an elevator to all levels, an outdoor shower, laundry w/ washer and dryer, parking for 5 cars (no parking on the grass), and a variety of beach gear/baby gear (availability may vary).

Note: this home is NOT pet friendly. If you bring a pet, you will be subject to fines and/or eviction. All guests with service dogs are kindly requested to find accommodation elsewhere. We are happy to help you do so if you reach out. Thank you for understanding.



Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

The beautiful beach is just steps away, offering endless opportunities for fun in the sun. For dining, explore a variety of options, from casual eateries to family-friendly restaurants, within a short drive. Shopping is also convenient, with shops and stores offering everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. Stroll along the Oak Island Pier and enjoy the beautiful ocean views. The neighborhood is known for its friendly atmosphere and relaxed pace of life, providing the perfect backdrop for a memorable getaway.

The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check in instructions so you can easily plan your travels.



Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be be subject to additional fines up to $300: pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
