Welcome to A Swell Life! The open-concept layout flows seamlessly from the living room to the dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and a pantry, giving the chef in your family plenty of space and equipment to prep delicious meals throughout your stay. The master king suite is located just off of the living room and features a full private ensuite bath. To the right of the living room is another bedroom with one double bed and one twin bed. A third queen bedroom offers deck access.
Enjoy the exclusive bonus living area on the ground floor, furnished with a queen sleeper sofa, TV, and tiki bar. After a day at the beach or lounging by the pool, unwind in the screened-in porch with a cool drink. Step outside to fire up the grill and enjoy outdoor meals with family and friends, or roast s'mores over the fire pit under the stars. Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee.

For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**
**Pet Policy: Weâre happy to welcome one dog under 40 lbs with a $200 pet fee added to your reservation. A second dog is welcome, as long as their weight does not exceed 40 lbs. Any exceptions require prior owner approval and may include additional fees.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, dogs are not allowed in the swimming pool and must be friendly and nonaggressive, as service personnel may be onsite for lawn care, pool maintenance, or cleaning. We know your dog is part of your family and want them to feel welcome too, while keeping our home clean and comfortable for everyone. Please note, no cats are allowed due to allergies.
The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

Oak Island is a beach town that is separated from the mainland by the Intracoastal Waterway. Known primarily as a family beach town, it offers plenty of activities throughout the summer, including a variety of marathons/5Ks, live music, farmers markets, and more. The Intracoastal Waterway is popular for kayakers and fishing, and the town has plenty of golf courses, nature walks and biking for those who like to stay on land.
