This one level, shotgun style floorplan has two true masters along one side of the house with one master having french doors to the covered screened porch. On the other side of the house is another king bedroom with french doors to the covered screened porch and connects to a jack-n-jill bathroom with a double twin bunk room (perfect for kids) on the adjoining side.
Relax on the front screened covered porch in an adirondack chair or enjoy a meal on the outdoor dining set. Rinse off those sandy feet in the outdoor shower and leave your beach gear on the back covered deck. A fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops will make cooking a breeze. Sandy Feet Retreat is designed with children in mind. There is an extra lock up high on the screened porch to limit little escape artists, a baby gate on the back stairs, and all dressers are secured to the wall. In addition, you will find a highchair and children dining sets for your convenience.
Please note that our property is 100% nonsmoking inside and outside and pets are not allowed. No party's or events. Exterior Security Cameras are on the property watching the security of the home.
Linens included in all stays, this includes all bed linen and towel sets (hand/bath towel and wash cloth) for the capacity of the house, and a kitchen set (two dish towels and two dish cloths). Check-In: 4:00PM / Check-Out: 10:00AM. You must be 25+ to book and you must be physically present during the stay.
