BEACH CREDIT
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights between April 1, 2025 and October 31, 2025 come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! For this house, you will receive up to $245 credit with eligible stays. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more — the choice is yours.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?
Linens are included with your reservation and contain the following: flat and fitted bed sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. We also know that you may want to relax without stopping at the store as soon as you arrive on the island. To get you started, we provide a welcome kit with a trash bag, a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper, a dishwasher pod, a washing machine pod, dishwashing soap, and a small sample of shampoo and conditioner.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS
As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7-night minimum with a mandatory Saturday-to-Saturday rental pattern during the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
