Inside, you'll find the beautiful coastal-inspired open floor plan with the first living space featuring comfortable seating, a large flatscreen TV, and the main dining area with seating up to 8! The kitchen has been refreshed with newly painted cabinets and a modern subway tile backsplash. It has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, including a double oven, induction cooktop, and even two sinks! The vast center island has the option to have the extra sink or cover it for added counter space and offers bar seating for up to 2.

The charming coastal decor extends into the first primary suite, located on this lower level! It features a cozy queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and vanity. There are two additional bedrooms on this level, one with a queen-size bed and the second with a bunk bed (one double and one twin-size bed). These bedrooms are connected by a spacious Jack and Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower and extended vanity for plenty of counter space!

Heading upstairs, you'll find a MASSIVE second living room that's great for hanging out, playing games, and watching movies together! It boasts cozy couches, a large flatscreen TV, a table with seating for 4, and a foosball table! There is even a mini kitchenette / wet bar with a sink, wine storage, and an ice maker. The top-floor covered balcony is easily accessible through 2 sets of double doors and is the ideal spot to watch the sunrises and sunsets with its stunning partial ocean views and numerous chairs!

The second primary bedroom suite is also on this top floor, which boasts a luxurious king-size bed, multiple sitting chairs, and a large flatscreen TV. The attached bathroom has a double vanity, an extended walk-in shower, and a linen closet. The younger travelers in your group can take advantage of the trundle daybed with 2 twin-size beds.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more; the choice is yours. Please note, this offer is only available for stays between April 1 and October 31.

This home welcomes up to two dogs. All pet-friendly homes include a $175 fee that covers bringing up to one dog. An additional $50 fee applies if you are bringing a second dog. Please note that dogs are the only pets permitted.

Please Note: Linens are included with your reservation and contain the following: flat and fitted bed sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7-night minimum with a mandatory Saturday-to-Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
