When you arrive to this home your first instinct will be to run up the inviting ramp to see the ocean and beach just steps away and breathe deeply that fresh salt air, but as you turn around many surprises await you. The first is the shimmering inviting pool, complete with lots of seating and pool toys. Then you will notice the 4 different deck areas on which to relax and enjoy the amazing views



Inside you’ll be greeted by a large comfortable living area with a smart tv, an assortment of beach reads and lots of games. There’s seating for 6 at the dining table and an additional 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter. The modern kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals The conversation easily flows from the kitchen to the living area. If you’re a grind your own beans coffee drinker, there’s a grinder and a pot to brew them in. Nothing like the smell of freshly ground beans brewing to wake everyone up! The kitchen is amply stocked to enjoy every meal from breakfasts to midnight snacks.



Perhaps you’d like to have your meal on the covered porch, or just have morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine while you discuss the next day’s plans in the various porch chairs overlooking the ocean. You have a fantastic view of both the pool and beach activities not to mention the spectacular sunrises and sunsets.



On the main level are two bedrooms that share a bath with a combination tub & shower. One bedroom has the perfect setup for kids with 2 sets of bunk beds. The first is a pair of twin beds (roll-off prevention railing on top), and the other is a double bed down below and an upper twin. Lots of late-night conversations and stories await in this room!



The second bedroom on the main level is beautifully decorated with a queen-sized bed and a smart-tv.



Upstairs beckons a delightful surprise. Both bedrooms have their own private balconies overlooking the Atlantic. What a perfect spot to watch the sunrise or sunset. You might even slip away from the activities downstairs for a quiet spot to read. Watch for ships headed for the Port in Wilmington. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other has a Queen and both bedrooms have smart TVs and share a full bath with tub and shower.



All the bedrooms have nice-sized closets for unpacking your suitcases. On the bottom level, find a full-sized washer & dryer to keep the towels & bathing suits ready for the next day’s fun. Also in the utility room, you will find a myriad of pool & beach toys, folding beach chairs and even a cart to carry it all to that perfect spot to play at the water’s edge. Rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower equipped with hot & cold water.



If you brought your pole and caught your dinner, add some flavor to your catch using the provided charcoal grill.

Limit of 2 dogs -**A non-refundable $200 pet fee will be added to the booking for bringing a dog. If you break house rules and bring more than 2 dogs, a $500 pet fee will be charged. Dogs are NOT allowed on any furniture or beds. Failure to follow this will result in additional cleaning charges.

-Must be 25 years or older to rent property, failure to follow this rule will end in tenant(s) removal from property and forfeiture of rent money
