Very nice inside, outside needs repairs
This house was less than 5 min driving to grocery stores and the beach.The inside is very cute and obviously newly redone. All of the linens were wrapped in plastic. We stayed for 3 nights and got 4 packaged set of towels for 3 people going to the beach daily (the outside shower rinse was broken). We got 1 roll of tp, 1 garbage bag for the kitchen, and 1 roll of paper towels. There was no dishwasher and the garbage disposal had a sign that it didn't work. I didnt think to check for a dishwasher on the amenities list, so that was kind of funny.I texted about some things that were broken when we arrived and got a call within 10 minutes. Customer service was very nice and helpful. Our driveway was being used/blocked by a construction crew working next door and they promptly remedied the situation. We couldn't park safely on the narrow street that was also blocked with more trucks and construction equipment (I felt bad knowing they were trying to work).Entering, I noticed the counters and kitchen table were dirty (food stuck on the stovetop, food splatters on the wall behind the sink, and food stuck in the grooves of the kitchen table). We brought our dog and she was going nuts trying to get food from under the two lounge chairs. The outside needs a facelift. The backyard was fenced in, with an old porch swing for seating near a fire pit. The screened in porch off the back door had no seating. There were two heavy Adirondack chairs on the front porch for 3 people.
