How it Works - Resort stay
Message me with your request first so I can confirm your dates are available
The vacation time must be 7 days with check in on Friday-Monday
After the dates are confirmed you can reserve your week on VRBO
Per resort policy NO REFUNDS are available AFTER final purchase. It may be possible to change the dates but this is dependent on the resort availability and may incur a cancellation fee.
You will be able to contract the resort to ask questions and submit room requests after purchase
Once at the resort problems can be managed through the staff on site.
Please note that there are Mexico and resort fees that will be charged during your stay. When you check out you will need to pay your bill for food and services done within the resort
Its a No Cash resort, meaning you charge it all to the your room or make purchases with your wristband.

One-Bedroom Suite
Your stay will be at the beautiful Grand Mayan resort on this property.
This space features a kitchen, a living room, a private terrace with plunge pool, one bedroom with a king-size bed, and one bathroom with a jetted bathtub and shower
The space can accommodate 4 adults or 2 Adults 2 Kids under 12
AC and Wifi available for your enjoyment
In the living room there are two sofa beds
The kitchen is equipped with supplies for cooking and space for your groceries so you do not have to dine out if you do not want to.
You will have a private balcony including a plunge pool just for you!


Pools
At The Grand Mayan you have access to multiple luxury pools as well as a lazy river
You can enjoy the Grand mayan pool and Toboggan slide which includes two wave pools and a beach complete with sand
The best feature of the grand mayan is they lazy river which offers relaxation in sun
You may also enjoy the Mayan Palace and Sea Garden pools as well as the on site beach
There is a Aqua park for the kids and a kids club with slides and other activities to keep your children occupied and happy on your vacation


Additional Entertainment
3 golf courses, a golf academy and a par tee zone are available for golf enthusiasts who will enjoy this facility which has previously hosted the PGA Tour Mexico
Santuario at the heart of the resort offers nightly acts including acrobatics, music and dance performances.
Multiple lounges and bars provide the opportunity for relaxation
The lake show occurs every 30 minutes after sunset and provides the perfect picture opportunity for your trip
Relax at the Brio spa where there are a multitude of services to choose from such as a massages, facials, and body wraps
There is an gym and exercise path available so you can stay fit during your stay if desired

Options include high-end restaurants such as the Quinto Charcoal Grill to more casual eats like the food stands at Salum

The supermarket is available so that you can save money and cook food in your suite
The pastry boutique provides a variety of desserts for your pleasure
If you don’t feel like leaving your room you can have food delivered


Important to know
While the resort has everything you could possibly need within walking distance there are opportunities to explore outside the resort (Ask me how)
Golf cart transportation is available to help move you around this huge resort
I recommend viewing your bill throughout your stay to ensure you are not overspending.
