Located in Nuevo Vallarta, Nayarit, the El Tigre Golf Club area offers a serene and active lifestyle, surrounded by lakes and world-class golf courses. The club itself is highly acclaimed, consistently ranked among Mexicoâs best. Our condo sits within the exclusive Peninsula Golf complex, blending comfort and nature. Enjoy beautifully maintained common areas, top-tier facilities, and 24/7 security, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay.
Getting Around:
The condo has a secure parking spot in the garage of the building, making transportation easy. There are additional parking spots for additional cars, but please note that those are first-come-first-serve. Uber, local taxis, public transportation, and executive taxis are also available.
Other Things to Note:
Guests will be required to submit payment details for a security deposit or a damage waiver. We offer two types of damage coverage for your stay: a non-refundable damage waiver that covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (excluding house rule violations), or a refundable security deposit held on your payment method before check-in and released after your stay if no damage is found. Guests can choose either option based on their preference.
All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation.
The property is situated in a private community club with specific guest requirements designed to ensure the safety of all residents. These requirements include a complete list of names and official IDs of all guests. The information is essential to grant access. While we, as HOLT, the managing company for this unit, are responsible for collecting and submitting the required guest informationââwe have no control over these requirements or the community administration's handling of guest access. Any delays in guest registration are the responsibility of the community administration, and their failure to adhere to their procedures can impact both HOLT and our guests.
