Villa San Juan is a unique boutique hotel in the Nuevo Nayarit area (also known as Nuevo Vallarta).

Just minutes from the beach and surrounded by restaurants, spas, stores and golf courses, it offers a quiet and comfortable experience for those seeking relaxation and proximity to the main attractions of the Riviera Nayarit.

We have nine rooms in total and the common areas include an outdoor pool, garden, picnic area and terrace, ideal for relaxing.

Located in the area of Nuevo Nayarit (formerly known as Nuevo Vallarta), our boutique hotel combines comfort, design and nature to offer you an unforgettable stay. Here you will find an atmosphere of hospitality and tranquility, ideal to disconnect from stress and enjoy a space designed for your rest.

The room has a king size bed, full bathroom and air conditioning. During your stay you will have access to the boutique hotel's amenities, which include an outdoor pool, garden with green areas to relax or read, terrace with chairs and tables, picnic area and free parking.

All our spaces are equipped with broadband wifi and quality finishes.

It is important for you to know that all rooms and common areas are cleaned with biodegradable products, and sanitized regularly by trained personnel, using professional supplies.

- Extra guests are not permitted. As an exception, a baby under 2 years old may be accommodated at an additional cost of $250 MXN per night, as the administration considers them an extra guest. The corresponding payment will be processed through Airbnb once the reservation is confirmed. A bath towel and beach towel will be provided for the baby.

- If you need an iron or any special item, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we will do our best to have it ready for your arrival.

- Our neighbors are very important to us so we ask you to be very respectful and keep the noise down between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

The property is very valuable to us and we always strive to have it in excellent condition so that our guests have unforgettable experiences. Obviously this involves a lot of effort both physically and financially. We kindly ask you to respect it as if it were your home, so that our next guests can enjoy it as much as you do.

Our neighbors are very important to us. Please make sure that your plans conform well to the following rules in order to ensure that everyone enjoys their stay and feels comfortable:

- Out of respect for the neighbors, noise levels should be reduced between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
- Parties are not permitted on the property.
- For security reasons, only registered guests will have access to the property. There can be no visitors or additional guests inside the property.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms or enclosed spaces. If the staff notices cigarette odor in the enclosed spaces, burns on the linens, or cigarette butts on the floor there will be a penalty of $1,500.00 MXN for the sanitation and deodorization of the property.
- Park cars in assigned spots, do not block any neighbor's driveway.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Any damage related to the property (linens, appliances, furniture, walls, pool, etc.) will be subject to a repair cost penalty.
