The Space:

Soft ocean air drifts through as garden views greet you each morning, with the waterfront just steps away. Coffee tastes better on the patio or balcony, where the coastal breeze moves gently through the palms and the rhythm of a resort setting hums in the background. Beach days unfold at your own pace, followed by easy afternoons by the pool or quiet evenings spent unwinding indoors.



Sleeping arrangements

This entire condo sleeps up to 5 guests and includes 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 baths. A standard sofa in the living room can be used as an additional sleeping space, mainly recommended for children. Room-darkening shades, cotton linens, central air conditioning, and a mosquito net help keep nights comfortable. A safe and closet storage make it easy to settle in, while family-friendly features - including a Pack ’n play/Travel crib, high chair, baby bath, changing table, window guards, children’s books and toys, and board games - support guests traveling with little ones.



Outdoor living

Waterfront with beach access, the setting invites you outside throughout the day. A private patio or balcony offers garden views and space to relax with outdoor furniture and a hammock. The private backyard - fully fenced - provides additional open-air space, and the outdoor dining area and outdoor kitchen make it easy to enjoy meals outside in Bucerías’ warm coastal climate. After time in the sand, rinse off under the outdoor shower and reach for your beach essentials before heading back out.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, with a dining table for gathering indoors. Whether you’re blending tropical drinks, storing fresh ingredients in the refrigerator and freezer, or cooking on the electric stove, everything you need for easy in-home dining is here.



Resort amenities & recreation

Guests enjoy resort access along with an outdoor pool, shared sauna, and shared gym in building. Exercise equipment includes an elliptical, free weights, stationary bike, treadmill, yoga mat, and workout bench. On-site entertainment continues with a movie theater, ping pong table, pool table, and TV - making it easy to stay active or unwind without leaving the property.



Comfort, access & parking

Single level home with no stairs in home and an elevator in the building for easy access. You’ll have a private entrance, free parking garage on premises, free street parking, Wifi, and free washer - in unit and free dryer - in unit. Self check-in is supported by building staff, with someone available 24 hours a day to let guests in. Long term stays allowed.

Located in Flamingos near Nuevo Vallarta, this coastal area is known for its relaxed atmosphere, tropical climate, and easy shoreline access - a convenient base for beach time, resort amenities, and calm evenings by the water.

Here are some points to take into account:



1) The apartment has a guest capacity. The maximum capacity of the unit integrates adults, children and babies, since according to the rules of the condominium all count equally. The platform as such does not charge for babies under 2 years old, nor does it count them in the total capacity, so we ask that you personally take this into account to avoid misunderstandings when you arrive at the condominium.



2) It is important to point out that the maximum capacity is _5_ people, being guest number _5_ a minor under 15 years old.



3) The final cost may vary depending on the number of nights, number of guests and date of reservation.



Guest Access:

According to the general condominium regulations, only reservations of a minimum of 5 nights are accepted.

However, for us it is important that you can still find us as an option in the platform filters, even if your interest is for a shorter stay.

In case you would like to complement your booking to reach the 5-night minimum, we will be glad to offer you the best rate in order to comply with the condominium requirements.



Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



-Please note that once you have initiated your reservation, according to the condominium regulations, no modifications to the access letters will be allowed. Therefore, we ask you to consider all guests from the beginning.



-Check In is done from the lobby of the condominium.

Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access, rules and necessary information for your stay.



-Check In: 3:00 p.m.

The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



-Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm.



-The easiest access is by car; parking is free and you can park in the assigned space that corresponds to your apartment.



-Parking is under availability in general space, there are no numbered spaces for the apartments, only 1 space will be assigned per accommodation.



-The apartment is located on floor no._5_ of phase no._1_, so guests access it by elevator.

Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.
