The Space:

Perched on the 10th floor of Peninsula Nuevo Vallarta, this spacious waterfront condo puts you steps from the Pacific. Ocean breezes drift in from the moment you arrive, and with beach access right on the property, the coast becomes a natural extension of your living space. Whether you're here for the pool, the sauna, or simply the rhythm of the water, this condo is built for full, unhurried days.



Living space

Spread across a generous floor plan, the condo accommodates up to 10 guests with room to breathe. Elevator access brings you directly to the 10th floor, where a private entrance leads into the main living area. Ceiling fans and a split-type ductless AC system work alongside central air conditioning to keep things cool and comfortable throughout the day. A TV is available for downtime, and wifi keeps you connected whenever you need it.



Sleeping arrangements

Five bedrooms with 8 beds and 5 bathrooms give every guest their own space to settle in. Room-darkening shades and cotton bed linens make for restful nights, and clothing storage with closet space keeps the rooms tidy throughout your stay. A paid crib is available if needed for younger guests.



Outdoor living

Step out onto your private patio or balcony, where outdoor furniture and a dining area frame garden views and the coastal air. Beach access is right on the property, and the waterfront setting makes the water a constant presence throughout your stay. An outdoor pool and shared sauna sit within the complex, and free resort access gives you use of additional nearby facilities. Bikes are available if you'd like to explore the area at your own pace.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped to handle everything from morning coffee to full group meals. You'll find a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, drip coffee maker, and blender, along with dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and a dining table. Cooking basics - including pots and pans - are provided. Note that oil, salt and pepper are not currently stocked. Barbecue utensils are on hand, and the on-site grill can be reserved in advance for an outdoor cookout.



Bathroom

Each of the five bathrooms is stocked with essentials including towels, soap, and toilet paper. A bathtub and hot water are available, giving you everything needed to refresh after a day at the beach or pool.



Essentials & services

The unit includes a free in-unit washer and dryer, so packing light is always an option. Free parking garage access is included for one vehicle. The building lobby is staffed 24 hours a day, and self check-in is supported for flexible arrivals. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

Please note that pets are not allowed at this property.



Guest Access:

According to the general condominium regulations, only reservations of a minimum of 5 nights are accepted.

However, for us it is important that you can still find us as an option in the platform filters, even if your interest is for a shorter stay.

In case you would like to complement your booking to reach the 5-night minimum, we will be glad to offer you the best rate in order to comply with the condominium requirements.



Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



-Please note that once you have initiated your reservation, according to the condominium regulations, no modifications to the access letters will be allowed. Therefore, we ask you to consider all guests from the beginning.



-Check In is done from the lobby of the condominium.

Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access, rules and necessary information for your stay.



-Check In: 3:00 p.m.

The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



-Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm.



-The easiest access is by car; parking is free and you can park in the assigned space that corresponds to your apartment.



-Parking is under availability in general space, there are no numbered spaces for the apartments, only 1 space will be assigned per accommodation.



-The apartment is located on floor no._10_ of phase no._1_, so guests access it by elevator.

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Peninsula is characterized by its beautiful ocean view where you can enjoy the sunset.

As a guest of Del Mar, you will also enjoy a wide variety of additional services and amenities, such as beach access, swimming pool, restaurants and free Wi-Fi connection in the accommodations.

We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to get around the area and visit restaurants, stores and other attractions in the area. For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.



There parking has no fee and you can use the assigned space for your apartment.

This apartment has only one parking space.

Please notice that is not allowed for any visitors and/or friends to park in the complex.
