The Space:

Soft ocean air drifts across your balcony as the rhythm of the Pacific sets the pace for your stay. Mornings begin with coffee overlooking garden greenery, while the beach and pool invite you to move effortlessly between water and rest. Evenings settle into quiet moments indoors, where the space is arranged for simplicity and ease.



The space

Set within the newer tower of the Aria Ocean complex, this single-level condo accommodates up to 2 guests. Elevator access makes arrival and daily movement easy, while a private entrance and self check-in with a keypad allow for a smooth, flexible start to your stay. The layout is designed for comfort, offering a calm retreat after time spent outdoors.



Sleeping arrangements

The condo includes one bedroom with one bed, prepared with linens for a straightforward and restful place to recharge. Storage essentials like hangers and an iron support both short and longer stays.



Kitchen & dining

A kitchen is available for preparing meals at your own pace, whether you’re starting the day slowly or winding down in the evening. The space supports simple, self-sufficient cooking and dining at home.



Outdoor living & shared amenities

Step onto your private patio or balcony, furnished for outdoor use and overlooking the garden. The building offers shared access to an outdoor pool and a nearby beach, giving you the option to alternate between poolside relaxation and time by the water. Free parking garage access is available on premises.



Comfort & convenience

Central air conditioning helps maintain a comfortable indoor environment year-round. The condo includes Wifi, a TV, and a free washer and dryer in unit for added convenience. Long term stays are allowed, making it suitable for extended visits.



Important notes

Fumigation is carried out before and after each reservation, with additional fumigation available during your stay if needed, as insects can occasionally appear in this tropical setting. Electricity usage is monitored by meter, with a set kilowatt allowance shared after booking. Any excess consumption is charged at $5 pesos per kilowatt. The cleaning fee covers pre- and post-stay cleaning only.



Neighborhood

Nuevo Vallarta is known for its long, accessible beaches and warm coastal atmosphere. The area continues to grow, so you may encounter some daytime construction nearby. The tropical environment also means small beach insects may be present, and repellent is recommended for comfort.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The apartment is located on floor no._7_ of tower 3, so guests access it by elevator.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.

However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 2 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 10 * dlls extra per person per night.

-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-Electricity consumption

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
