The Space:

Soft coastal light filters in as the day begins, and the nearby ocean sets an easy rhythm for your time in Nuevo Vallarta. Step onto your private patio or balcony and take in the garden view as warm breezes move through the palms. Afternoons unfold at an unhurried pace - a swim in the outdoor pool, a walk to the shared beach access, or a quiet moment with a coffee before the sun dips lower over Banderas Bay.



The Space

This entire rental unit is located within the Aria Ocean complex and offers a calm setting designed for rest and simplicity. With waterfront surroundings and resort access, you’re right next to a body of water while enjoying the comfort of a thoughtfully arranged interior. An elevator in the building and a single level home layout - no stairs inside - make moving in and settling down easy.



Sleeping arrangements

The home accommodates up to 4 guests with 1 bedroom, 3 beds, and 1 bath. Bed linens and cotton linens are provided, along with clothing storage in a closet, so you can unpack and feel at home whether you’re staying a few nights or planning a longer visit.



Kitchen and dining

A full kitchen gives you the freedom to cook your own meals on your schedule. Start the morning with fresh coffee, blend something cool after a beach walk, or gather at the dining table for an easy dinner in. The space where guests can cook their own meals keeps your stay flexible and relaxed.



Outdoor living and amenities

The private patio or balcony is furnished with outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area, offering a comfortable spot to enjoy the garden view. Beyond your door, guests can enjoy an outdoor pool and shared beach access within this waterfront setting. Resort access allows use of nearby resort facilities, and a private entrance - separate street or building entrance - adds convenience and privacy.



Comfort and essentials

Central air conditioning keeps the interior comfortable year-round, and hot water is ready after time in the sun and surf. Wifi and a TV provide connection and entertainment, while a carbon monoxide alarm adds peace of mind. For families, a paid crib is available upon request.



Arrival and stay details

Self check-in with a keypad allows you to arrive on your schedule. Luggage dropoff allowed makes early arrivals or late departures smoother. Free parking garage on premises and free street parking are available. Long term stays allowed - 28 days or more - make this an easy choice for an extended stay along Mexico’s Pacific coast.



Neighborhood

Nuevo Vallarta is known for its coastal scenery and relaxed atmosphere. With a warm, humid-tropical climate and accessible beaches along Banderas Bay, it’s a place where days naturally revolve around the water, fresh air, and time spent together at your own pace.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.

There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app.

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



--IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 2 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 10 * dlls extra per person per night.



-The accommodation has a capacity of __4__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies.

-The maintenance and administration of the common areas of the condominium are not under the management of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation.





-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day.



-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-Electricity consumption

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
