The Space:

Morning along Banderas Bay arrives gently — garden light filtering through room-darkening shades, the faint sound of water nearby, and the easy knowledge that today's only agenda is yours to write. Set within the Kite & Terra development's Terra tower in Las Jarretaderas, this apartment puts the Pacific coast lifestyle within immediate reach, whether that means a slow breakfast at the dining table or heading straight for the sand.

 

The space

This entire rental unit occupies a single level within the Terra tower, so there are no stairs between you and the pool or the beach. Professionally cleaned before every arrival and entered through a private entrance, the apartment is set up to let you exhale the moment you walk in. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans maintain a comfortable indoor climate, and a TV in the living area gives you an easy option for quieter evenings.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The apartment sleeps up to 4 guests across 1 bedroom with 3 beds. Bed linens and cotton linens are provided, along with room-darkening shades and clothing storage in a closet — everything in place for restful nights and unhurried mornings. Traveling with an infant? A paid crib is available upon request.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped for real vacation cooking: refrigerator, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and a full set of dishes and silverware. Whether you're pulling together a quick breakfast before heading to the beach or sitting down to a longer dinner, the dining table gives you a proper place to do it.

 

Work & connectivity

When focus is needed, a dedicated workspace in a room with a door provides a quiet setup backed by reliable Wifi. A free in-unit washer and dryer, hot water, a hair dryer, and hangers handle the practical day-to-day without you having to think about it.

 

Outdoor & shared amenities

Shared beach access sits right at the edge of the development, offering direct entry to the waterfront along Banderas Bay. The shared outdoor pool is available year-round with specific access hours (9:00 AM - 2:00 PM), and outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area give you comfortable space to linger outside. Elevator access within the building, a free parking garage on premises, and free street parking all make arrivals and departures straightforward.

 

Location

Las Jarretaderas sits just north of Nuevo Vallarta, a stretch of coast known for its calm pace and open shoreline. Long-term stays are welcomed, and the property is managed by Del Mar Boutique Accommodation - your host greets you on arrival and a dedicated operations and customer service team remains available throughout your stay.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



Before your arrival we will send you the information with your charter and regulations.



Upon your arrival, our staff will be pleased to welcome you at the reception for Check-In, available from 15:00 p.m. to 17:00 p.m. After this time, check-in is not allowed, so please take your precautions.



If you need to check-in outside these hours, please let us know in advance so we can provide you with the assistance you need and coordinate your arrival.



*Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be before 18:00 pm.



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to move around the area and go to restaurants, visit stores and other attractions.



For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.



The resort is a 15 minute drive from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport.



Other Things to Note:

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



-The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies. The platform as such, does not charge for babies under 2 years old and does not include them in the total capacity. Please take this into account when counting guests to avoid misunderstandings when arriving at the condominium and not being allowed to enter the unit.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning service, change of linens or laundry during your stay.



The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates from *1 to 2 guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 10 dlls per person per night. *



-The accommodation has a capacity of __4__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies.



-The final cost may vary depending on the number of nights, number of guests and date of reservation.

-The maintenance and administration of the condominium's common areas do not depend on the management of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation. Terra is located in a development in which it has its own facilities, so you can not make use of other facilities that do not correspond to the Terra tower.



-Because of the nature of the destination it is common that on the beach you will find small mosquitoes called gnats that cause bites, we recommend using repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



Electricity consumption:



Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total kw that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.



IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.
