Soft ocean light filters through the space as palm fronds sway outside, and the steady rhythm of the waves sets an unhurried pace for your days. Mornings begin with warm coastal air and open views of the water, while evenings invite you to slow down and take in the gentle glow over the pool and gardens. Everything here moves in sync with the easygoing feel of Bucerías. The home This entire rental unit is a beachfront condominium located in the Kite & Terra development, within the Terra tower, an area known for its calm, family-friendly atmosphere. Designed as a single-level home, the space is easy to navigate and accessible by elevator. From inside the apartment, you enjoy ocean view, garden view, and pool view, creating a constant connection to the surrounding landscape. A private entrance adds a sense of independence, while attentive on-site hosting ensures support when needed. Sleeping arrangements The condominium accommodates up to 6 guests with 2 bedrooms and 3 beds. Each bedroom includes clothing storage in a closet, and air conditioning throughout the home helps keep the space comfortable after long days by the beach or pool. The layout is simple and functional, designed for restful nights and relaxed mornings. Kitchen & dining A dedicated kitchen provides a comfortable space where guests can cook their own meals. With a refrigerator, microwave, blender, and dining table, the setup works just as well for casual breakfasts as it does for shared dinners after exploring town. The dining area offers a welcoming place to gather, plan the day, or unwind in the evening. Outdoor living & amenities Shared beach access allows you to step directly into the sand and enjoy the nearby shoreline at your own pace. When you prefer to stay closer to home, the shared pool - available all year - and hot tub offer a refreshing alternative. Outdoor furniture creates a comfortable setting to read, talk, or simply take in the ocean view. Guests also have resort access, allowing use of nearby resort facilities. Comfort & convenience The home includes WiFi, TV, hot water, and air conditioning for everyday comfort. Free parking on premises is available, along with free street parking. Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your charter and regulations. Upon your arrival, our staff will be pleased to welcome you at the reception for Check-In, available from 15:00 p.m. to 18:00 p.m. After this time, check-in is not allowed, so please take your precautions. If you need to check-in outside these hours, please let us know in advance so we can provide you with the assistance you need and coordinate your arrival. *Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be before 17:00 pm. Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information: Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary. Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation. The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies. The platform as such, does not charge for babies under 2 years old and does not include them in the total capacity. Please take this into account when counting guests to avoid misunderstandings when arriving at the condominium and not being allowed to enter the unit. Terrace: -The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning service, change of linens or laundry during your stay. The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates from *1 to 4 guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15 dlls per person per night. * -The accommodation has a capacity of __6__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies. -The final cost may vary depending on the number of nights, number of guests and date of reservation. -No guests allowed -Pets are not allowed -Amenities provided are for a single night's sustenance. -Basic kitchen utensils provided are tools, not supplies. -The kitchen is equipped with: plates, glasses, cups and cutlery. Terra is located in a development in which it has its own facilities, so you can not make use of other facilities that do not correspond to the Terra tower. -Because of the nature of the destination it is common that on the beach you will find small mosquitoes called gnats that cause bites, we recommend using repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching. Electricity consumption: Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total kw that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed. Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading. -IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper. As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.
