The Space:

Salt air drifts in off the Pacific, palms catch the breeze, and Nuevo Nayarit unfolds at your own pace. This three-bedroom condo sits close to the shore, surrounded by local restaurants, casual shops, and the kind of unhurried atmosphere that makes Mexico's Riviera Nayarit coast so easy to settle into. Whether your group is here for beach days, long lunches, and evening strolls - or simply to slow down entirely - this is a well-placed base for all of it.

 

Living space

Inside, the condo is cool and comfortable throughout the day. Air conditioning keeps the temperature steady no matter how warm it gets outside, and room-darkening shades let you sleep in without interruption. A TV is available for relaxed evenings in, and a dedicated workspace with Wifi means you can stay connected if needed. A private entrance gives your group independent, hassle-free access from arrival to checkout.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms with four beds sleep up to six guests comfortably. Bed linens are provided, and clothing storage is available throughout the condo. The in-unit washer is a practical bonus - particularly on longer stays or trips that involve a lot of time at the beach, where clothes and towels tend to rotate quickly.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is properly equipped for cooking at home. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and cooking basics, along with dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and a dining table for meals together. The local markets and seafood spots nearby give you plenty to bring back - and a kitchen worth cooking in when you do.

 

Outdoor living

A patio or balcony and a backyard with outdoor furniture give the condo a genuine sense of outdoor space. It's the kind of spot that earns its place early in the morning over coffee, and again in the evening when the temperature drops and the day winds down naturally.

 

Building amenities

The building offers a shared pool and gym for guests, along with elevator access - useful whether you're travelling with young children, arriving with luggage, or simply prefer not to take the stairs. Free parking is available in the on-premises garage and on the street, making arrival easy for groups driving in.

 

Location

Nuevo Nayarit sits along the Riviera Nayarit - a stretch of Mexico's Pacific coast defined by its beaches, fresh seafood, and relaxed pace. The condo is steps from the shore and within easy reach of restaurants and everyday shops, giving your group a central, walkable base. It's a corner of the coast that rewards unhurried travel - the kind of place where the surroundings do most of the work.



Guest Access:

Important Note:



If you book after 9 p.m. on the day before your arrival or on the day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m.

It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours before their arrival.



Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately, Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



-Check-in takes place in the condominium lobby.



Before your arrival, we will send you your access letter, rules, and necessary information for your stay.



-Check-in: 3:00 p.m. The staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m.



- 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host).



-Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



-Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 p.m.



-The easiest access is by car; parking is free, and you can park in the space assigned to your apartment.



-Parking is subject to availability in the general parking area. There are no numbered spaces for the apartments; only one space will be assigned per accommodation.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to get around the area and visit restaurants, stores and other attractions in the area. For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.



Other Things to Note:

The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies.



The platform as such, does not charge for babies under 2 years old and does not include them in the total capacity.



Please take this into account when counting guests to avoid misunderstandings when arriving at the condominium and not being allowed to enter the unit. Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description.



We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation.



However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay.



We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary. Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



-IMPORTANT: We remind you that it is vitally important not to throw any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.



As an alternative, we have provided you with garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely.



Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.



-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 4 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost, approximately 15 * dlls per person per night.

-The basic kitchen utensils provided are tools, not supplies.

-The amenities provided are for a single night's sustenance.

-Barbecue is subject to availability and must be reserved 24 hours in advance.

-Parking is for one car only

-Pets are not allowed

-No guests allowed

-The amenities of the condominium, such as the pool, spa, gym, games room and cinema are not under the administration and responsibility of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation.

-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta, due to its constant development, is prone to construction close to the condominiums, generating noise during the day.

-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.

-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning service or washing or change of linens during your stay.

-The kitchen is also equipped with the basic kitchen utensils: plates, glasses, cups and cutlery. You will also find kitchen appliances such as coffee maker, microwave, toaster, etc.



-Electricity consumption: Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total kw that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



-Each excess kW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.



-The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
