The Space:
Soft coastal air drifts through the 10th-floor condo as you step toward the private patio or balcony, where the sound of waves sets a gentle rhythm to the day. With beach access just moments away and resort-style surroundings at your doorstep, you can move effortlessly between the shoreline, the outdoor pool, and the quiet comfort of your own space. Mornings unfold with garden views and calm breezes, while evenings invite you to settle into the tranquility of waterfront living.
Sleeping arrangements
The condo accommodates up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms, offering 8 beds and 5 baths that support both shared moments and personal downtime. Cotton linens, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage in each room help create a restful environment throughout your stay. A paid crib is available when needed.
Outdoor living
Set right on the waterfront, this home offers immediate access to the beach, making it easy to spend time near the water whenever the mood strikes. On the property, you can enjoy the outdoor pool and shared sauna, along with free resort access to nearby facilities. The private patio or balcony includes outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area, giving you space to relax in the fresh coastal air.
Kitchen & dining
A full kitchen allows you to prepare meals with ease. The space includes cooking basics, dishes and silverware, a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, drip coffee maker, wine glasses, and a blender. Barbecue utensils are available, and a grill can be reserved in advance. A dining table offers room to gather for shared meals.
Comfort & essentials
Central air conditioning, a split type ductless AC system, and ceiling fans help maintain a comfortable indoor environment. Bathroom essentials are provided, and the home includes a free washer and dryer in unit. Wifi and a TV support both relaxation and productivity. Elevator access makes reaching the condo simple, and free parking garage access is included for one vehicle.

Guests enter through a building lobby staffed 24 hours a day. Self check-in is available, and long term stays of 28 days or more are allowed. The private entrance offers a sense of ease and independence as you come and go.
Guest Access:
According to the general condominium regulations, only reservations of a minimum of 5 nights are accepted.
However, for us it is important that you can still find us as an option in the platform filters, even if your interest is for a shorter stay.
In case you would like to complement your booking to reach the 5-night minimum, we will be glad to offer you the best rate in order to comply with the condominium requirements.
Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.
It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.
-Please note that once you have initiated your reservation, according to the condominium regulations, no modifications to the access letters will be allowed. Therefore, we ask you to consider all guests from the beginning.
-Check In is done from the lobby of the condominium.
Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access, rules and necessary information for your stay.
-Check In: 3:00 p.m.
The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).
-Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.
Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm.
-The easiest access is by car; parking is free and you can park in the assigned space that corresponds to your apartment.
-Parking is under availability in general space, there are no numbered spaces for the apartments, only 1 space will be assigned per accommodation.
-The apartment is located on floor no._10_ of phase no._1_, so guests access it by elevator.
