This entire condo at Aria Ocean is designed for comfort and simplicity, accommodating up to four guests. With two bedrooms, three beds, and two full bathrooms, the layout supports both shared time and personal space. The single-level home is accessible by elevator, with no stairs inside, making it easy to move throughout the space. Central air conditioning keeps the interior comfortable, while natural light filters through the living areas.
Sleeping arrangements
Two bedrooms offer restful spaces with cotton linens, room-darkening shades, and closet storage. Extra pillows and blankets are available, and the layout includes three beds in total. For those traveling with little ones, a paid crib and Pack ân play/Travel crib are available.
Living & indoor comforts
The living areas provide a relaxed setting between outings, supported by Wifi and Smart TVs. A safe is available for personal belongings, and essentials are provided to help you settle in with ease.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen offers a functional space for preparing meals during your stay, along with a dining table for shared moments. Self check-in is available via keypad, and luggage dropoff is allowed for added flexibility. Long term stays of 28 days or more are permitted. A free washer and dryer are located in the unit for guest use. Cleaning is provided before and after your stay, with cleaning available during your stay for an additional service if needed.
The nightly rate covers 1 to 4 guests. Additional guests beyond this generate an extra charge of approximately 15 dollars per person per night, though total occupancy may not exceed four guests. Electricity consumption is included up to a set kilowatt allowance determined by season and unit size and shared after booking confirmation, with excess usage charged at 5 pesos per additional kilowatt. Pets are not allowed, and no unregistered guests or visitors are permitted.
Nuevo Vallarta is an actively developing area, and daytime construction noise may occur nearby. Due to the tropical environment, insects such as gnats may appear, and fumigation is performed before and after each reservation, with additional fumigation available during your stay if needed.
