On the ground floor of the villa there is a living room with air conditioning and underfloor heating so you can set the perfect temperature whatever the weather. There is also a large sofa bed and a smart TV with streaming services. Next to the sofa is a dining table large enough for your entire group, and next to the table is a fully equipped kitchen. In addition to the classic kitchen appliances, the kitchen also has smaller useful appliances such as a toaster, microwave and filter coffee maker, as well as a high chair for babies.



Villa Casa Verde has a total of 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and an additional toilet with a sink. One bedroom with a bathroom is located in a separate building with a kitchenette, making it ideal for guests who want extra privacy. The bedrooms and bathrooms also have underfloor heating and air conditioning to make your stay even more comfortable. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.



The grounds of the villa cover 900 m² and are an ideal place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Start your day with a morning swim in the pool or enjoy a cup of coffee on the covered patio overlooking the greenery. Then relax on the lounge chairs by the pool or in the hot tub by the pool. At the end of the day, fire up the wood-fired barbecue and prepare a quick and easy meal for your entire group. For additional vacation entertainment, the villa also offers board games, table football, table tennis, darts and badminton.



It would be a shame not to explore the nearby Adriatic coast while staying at the villa. Drive to Novi Vinodolski and stop at the Gradina lookout point for views of the coast and nearby islands. Spend the day on the beach or exploring Novi Vinodolski, or head to the nearby popular tourist destinations of Selce and Crikvenica.
