The lounge space offers a sofa-bed for 2 additional guests. Note, access to the ensuite bathroom from the sofa bed is through the bedroom.

- Strictly No Parties - the property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and we kindly ask that guests respect our neighbors' by avoiding any loud or disruptive behavior/ There is CCTV outside the property and a noise detector inside to prevent disturbances. Failure to follow these rules will result in immediate eviction, a fine and no refund.
- Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00.

- CCTV is in operation in the outdoor areas of the property, so whilst your privacy is in mind, so is your safety. (No cameras are located inside the Property),
