This beautiful modern and airy private villa can be found in the beautiful area of South Eastern Sicily, near the town of Marzamemi. Not too far from the stunning nature reserve of Vendicari, the property offers a large private swimming pool, covered terrace with comfortable seating and an outdoor kitchen and barbecue area. You will be within 400 metres from the nearest sandy beach and only 3km from Marzamemi where you can find restaurants, shops and more.

The villa develops over one floor only, making it ideal for those with walking difficulties or families with small children. Inside, the find a bright and modern open plan living area with sofa, TV, dining table with chairs and open kitchen with direct access to the terrace outside.

The sleeping rooms consists of: one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, one double bedroom, and one separate bathroom with shower.

Outside, in the well-kept garden, we find the private swimming pool (12x4m; 0.3 – 1.4m deep; open from March 1st to November 30th; depuration: salt) equipped with sun lounges and umbrellas. Next to the pool we have the large covered terrace furnished with table, chair and comfortable sofas. Around the corner we have the outdoor kitchen area with barbecue, sink and cooking area.
