Villa Calvo is a beautiful modern villa with private swimming pool located just 100 metres away from the nearest beach and 300 metres away from the beach of San Lorenzo (sandy), a popular seaside resort near the charming village of Marzamemi. The villa is surrounded by a well-kept garden with lawn and a large terrace equipped with outdoor kitchen and barbecue. It features bright, comfortable rooms, all on one level.

From the villa you can easily explore the south-east of Sicily, from Noto to Syracuse and the baroque towns of theVal di Noto, to Taormina and Mount Etna’s Park.

The villa develops over one level and 140 sq.m.

Inside, we find the bright living room with sofa, dining table with chairs and French doors that open directly onto the terrace. From here, we can access the modern kitchen which also has access to the outdoors.

The sleeping area consists of one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, one triple bedroom with double bed and single bed also with en-suite bathroom with shower, one twin bedroom that can be converted into a double (by pushing the single beds together) and a separate bathroom with shower.

Outside, the villa offers ample spaces: a large covered terrace with comfortable seating, dining area for al-fresco meals and a private swimming pool (12x4m; 0.3 – 1.4m deep; open from March 1st to November 30th) equipped with sun lounges. There is an outdoor kitchen and barbecue area and plenty of grass area for children to play on.
